Staff are fairly friendly, drivethough can be busy at times, in store service is closed alot in the morning (I assume because of lack of staff).

Typical franchise environment mentioned and ambience. You know what you can get when you go there, and the only thing that really changes from one Tims' to another is simply how good the service is. In this case, the service was very good, and nicer than some.

I forgot to order my bagel fro breakfast and when i came to the window i was refused to get the bagel. The supervisor was behind the server and server asked supervisor but he refused. They have no right to refuse a customer even they should go beyond to make their customer happy. 7 times i got the wrong coffe, all seven times cream in the coffee instead of milk.I will never forget how few people are treating our people in the team work. I hope owners are looking after well.
