D & N Appliance Repairs

I've been waiting for repair service since Dec.15, 2022 and it's now April 1, 2023. They keep saying the parts have been ordered but have not received any requested call backs or updates on my parts. Very disappointing!

New fridge stopped working. Called D&N and was treated professionally. They ordered part after quickly diagnosing problem over phone. They came to my home the day the part arrived and fixed the problem promptly. Very skilled, friendly and efficient. We are very satisfied.

Had the gentleman come out to repair my Samsung wash machine. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I'm really happy I called him. Had it fixed in 10 min. Great service. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, Doug came out to my lake property the day after I called he installed a new fridge fan in record time. I find Doug to be polite, quick, efficient, and very personable. So excellent service to save a GE fridge, so I don't have to buy a new one. Thanks Doug

We had a technician come to our home, and informed us our pump on our LG fridge has to be replaced. He stated he will get a new one as ourscwas under warranty. When he put the pump in a week later, we paid $368.45 to have the work done. 2 months later it stopped work8ng, we called this company 4x and eventually a technician came to look at it. He said not sure whats wrong, just unplug and plug it in. It didnt help. After waiting a week, and discussions of just buying new, we called LG directly. They sent outva technician, he informed us that the replacement wad not done correctly and the freon wasnt even calibrated correctly. I had to pay another 387.90 to have an LG technician do a job that shtime.ould have been done correct the 1st

I have a chest freezer less than a year old. Nothing but aggravation with the manufacturer (Amana) who do not service our area. I called Doug on Friday and he showed up Saturday as promised and diagnosed the problem and had a loaner available until I can sort out the issue. Great service and A GREAT GUY

Called in the morning about my fridge after a few questions about the model and issues I was having I was told they would be by in the afternoon. When the tech showed up he knew right away what the issue was. After a bit of work he had my fridge back up and running. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
