Friendly and professional service. I called upon HVAC service to fix a hot water issue and a second time for a leak in the hot water cylinder. They managed to find a prompt and suitable appointment. Noori is a very friendly and experienced engineer and very keen to help and solve the problem at hand. Would definitely recommend them and wish them all the best.

The boiler does not heat water. I called HVAC service, and Sam arrived to change the heating elements in the boiler, as well as provide detailed instructions on how to turn it on and off. There were unforeseen problems during the work and Sam came back again to fix everything and was in the apartment despite the late hour until the boiler was not working properly. Thank you very much to this wonderful technician.
