The food is much more favorable than its competitors such as McDonald's, and even cheaper, just a win win but flavor does need you to wait a bit longer which I don't like.

I would recommend A&W to anyone who likes a classic American-style fast food with a Canadian twist. It’s affordable, convenient, and satisfying. A&W is one of my favorite places to eat.

Terrible customer service. I tried being as friendly as possible, but they reply like robots, and it’s very disrespectful. Couldn’t believe the food was cold also. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Didn't get to see the store inside or the staff because we used the drive through, however the food was awesome, it was warm and fresh. A&W job well done. Gas station and carwash beside it makes this place to stop, gas up the vehicle and have delicious food.

A&W food is always good. But the place is severely understaffed. There is just one person attending the front desk, drive through and the same person is also making the drinks. The owner seems to be trying to cut costs by not hiring a minimum number of staffs and this is making everyone wait at the drive through and the front desk, spoiling everyone's mood. And, is it because the staff is being rushed or the owner is cutting corner that the coffee glasses are filled like only 2/3rd?

Chicken burger was fine but the fries were on the dry side. Found a used package of ketchup in my bag with only had 2 packs. A little more attention to detail goes a long way. I’ve been here before and never had this.

I ordered egg and cheese once at billy bishop location and it was sooo gooddddd!!!!! But this location just messed it up. Coffee was good but have to throw out the sandwich.

Girls working there are disgusting touching everything with no gloves on making the food with barehands not using the utensils. Even saw her wipe sweat of her forehead, that’s when I walked out.
