How hard is it to get what you ask for. Apparently very hard. If you ask what kind of chicken I would like on my chicken sandwich. I would expect to get that. Your spicy chicken sandwich is not that good. That's why I don't order it. 50 percent of the time I get spicy when not asked for. I guess I need to start checking my sandwich while at the drive thru.

Customer service needs to be improved.Food is great, their drive through speed is good but what hurt is the customer service. Except few employees, other staff is mannerless. If someone is thanking u, wishing u a nice day what is keeping you from wishing back or at least smile or nod your head? I am a regular customer and this very thing disturbs me.

Overall this Wendy's location is what you would expect for any other location. Service can sometimes back up due to the poor communication of where to line up and who is waiting to be served.

It would be amazing if the people taking the order would PAY ATTENTION, and for Pete's sake, can we please try and narrow the language barrier, pretty bad when I can't even understand anyone in there.

Food quality (check the picture to know the freshness of lettuce) was super, friendly and polite customer service even help us to choose one meal for my daughter.In few tables, we found some food waste. Other than that it was awesome.

So me and my family went to Wendy’s at 12. By the way they close at 1 o’clock we went there. The people literally ignored they didn’t take our order. We were there for 20 minutes waiting there to take out order called, and they said that they were open and there is completely ignored us. You could hear inside of the store, and I was talking very loud. I was knocking on the thing, but they looked at me once and just walked away and their windows even open it got a little inch and is looking to hear me and then, when I called to come to file a complaint girl hung up in my face never come here

They cannot get my order right ever. Ask for no tomato and it's on my burger every time. Not to mention I got a coffee and it was literally cold. Not impressed

So much oil in fries do something about it. I know its fried but the process needs to be regulated for fries to not soak oil. Because you are serving heart attack in installment.

Employees don't know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger. Lactose intolerant and don't enjoy picking the cheese off my burger before eating. Shouldn't have to unwrap your food in the drive-thru to check before pulling away.
