Suzy Shier | Le Château

This Suzy's is100% my favourite place to shop for clothing! I stop in at this location fairly frequently as I work in the building next door. Every time I'm in there, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the sales are great! Good quality clothing that fits true to size with enough give that you can gain or lose a few pounds without losing your wardrobe, and amazing prices to boot.I was in earlier today, and I was at the register ready to pay for a few items when the cashier let me know that one of the items I was buying is going on sale tomorrow. She offered to put it on hold for me so that I don't spend twice as much as I needed to. That little interaction has left me glowing and grateful all day.

I always have a great shopping experience at this Suzy Shier location. The store manager (Marisol), and the store assistants are amazing! They are friendly and ready to provide the best advise. Love this place!

I used to shop at the North East location and it was great. This downtown store I cannot recommend. I purchased 3 items at the store. The return policy is written on the receipt. One item was a gift and it turned out to be too small. What grief trying to return it. The woman on the desk refused to take it back until I read her the policy off the receipt and pointed out that I had complied with everything required for return. Even then she was quite rude. If you shop there make sure there is no chance you may have to return the item.

I was recently in Calgary for a business meeting and had some time to kill so decided to browse stores in the area.I had no intention of buying anything but the gal was so helpful, honest and super sweet I ended up leaving with a new wardrobe!!And it turns out she was the manager not just a a sales associate!I thanked her in person but thought the right people should hear it too!

I am actually giving a no star rating on the service or rather disservice I received. Unfortunately this review will only accept a star rating :( which is thoroughly undeserving!!!Yesterday, 5 minutes before closing I brought three items to the cashier. I said I was unable to try the items on then asked if they did not fit would I receive a refund. The cashier advised yes within 14 days.Later at home, I tried on the 3 items however one dress did not fit properly. Today I tried to return the item to another store closer to me. The cashier said red ticket items are final sale. I explained my conversation with the other cashier and again was told final sale/no refund. I was completely shocked!!! Yesterday, there was no mention of final sales or anything about red ticket items.I called the phone number on the receipt advising I was trying to return the dress, the lady advised they do not offer refunds. I explained my conversation with the other cashier then was curtly advised if I took the time to read my receipt it clearly stated their policy. I told her she was not listening and requested to speak with the manager.The manager took the call and advised she was the one who handled my transaction. I asked her if she remembered me and our conversation. She said she told me yesterday they would offer an exchange or store credit. I was shocked to hear her lying and asked her why she was. She became very rude and said I was lying. I asked her to advise her name but she said she would not tell me.My family and I are long time Suzy shoppers in NL, ON and AB, we have always had great customer service, spend a lot of money at Suzy and loved the clothes.I have never been treated so disrespectful or bald face lied to by someone in an industry that should provide great customer service.Suzy Shier district manager, I expect a refund of my 1 dress as promised, a written apology and suggest you hire new staff and a manager who want to uphold your corporate image not tarnish it.To The Core shoppers I suggest you visit Labels just one floor down who know how to customer SERVE!

I recently had the opportunity to shop at the Suzy Shier in the Core. Well! Let me tell you , it was one of the best experiences I have ever had shopping.. We were served by Coralie who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was friendly, approachable, and so kind. She immediately recognized us on a return visit and greeted us warmly. That is special, everyone likes to be remembered!Coralie personifies everything you want in a customer service role. Thank you so much , Coralie, for truly making our day. I highly recommend this store for personal customer service and attention.

Nobody even said hi or offered help even as I made eye contact and walked up to them. They just continues their personal conversations. Gave them back the items was going to purchase and left. With employees like that they shouldn't even have a store - just builds a bad name. They would be better off just doing online sales. I won't be going back to any Suzy shier location after yet again another terrible experience.

Store Suzy sheirLocation - 751 3 St SW Unit 325/337 Calgary ABTime 1:00 pmto 1:30 pmDate 10 Aug 2019I went at the mall to buy the clothes . I literally had to wait at line for 30 mins . I only had 2 customers ahead of me . Cashiers were not organized. Their service was very bad . After 20 mins of wait one of the cashier called other girl . She came and did billing for people ahead of us . When we had our turn after 15 mins she told us to wait again .And she never returned . I felt so dis respected. I was a regular suzy customer . But I am not going to go there againI waited there but after no show up i left the top at the counter and left from there . I told the girl their “ i am not taking this “ . I loved that top but i am not going to that store again where u are not treated nicely and your time is wastedCan you believe 30-40 mins just in line for one top and only 2 people ahead of you !!!! Wowwww .

When I went in they were busy. But Skylar I think her name was, was doing super good and was amazing to interact with! Give that girl a raise
