Bad experience in my purchase of a used car last week.the car was all dirty inside not have been washed properly and smells of food, there was even onion skin in the trunk. The car was fueled up to the minimum, which even after asking they said its normal but this normal i don't think so...

Yea maybe not the most honest place out there. I was talked into getting the rust protection for my car since it would cover any rust for the lifetime of the car" and I was told "to bring my car in if I ever see any chips or rust dusts" so they can fix it before it rusts any further. Move forward 2 months I get a very small rock chip on the side (this would cost them nothing to fix) and call them to have a look at it so it doesn't rust over the winter with the salt. The answer I get.. "that's not in the rust protection. The rust protection is only for the bottom of the car" I told them I was told multiple times other wise and the response I got "check the contract". Poor customer service on the phone with lies and fake promises when you buy your vehicle.(The car sales guy

Purchased a Honda Civiv coupe 2017 for 20k when I picked up the car the sales contract said all liquids were topped up. We asked repeatedly if this was done when picking up the car. They kept repeatedly saying yes. Fast forward 2 months later when we actually need AC in the car and it's not functioning Was told to go to Honda to have it checked it would be covered through Honda extended warranty to find out that the test at Honda revealed the freon was never topped up and had evaporated now we need to pay 350$ for the test and liquid and they wash their hands with the responsibility. Beware that they seem to be all about quantity sold not at all for quality. It also took 2 weeks to get someone to call us back. Very unsatisfied. Service horrible and very arrogant. I won't be shopping there again for sure!! How you can make this the client's fault when you reassured us MULTIPLE TIMES that all liquids were checked and past all inspection when it is obviously not the case as confirmed by a Honda dealership other than them. Awful for treating customers like this. After speaking to 2 directors about it no one could help. It's our problem!! Don't be foolish stay away.

Let me narrate the entire nightmarish ordeal I experienced that left me utterly infuriated and disappointed.Living in Toronto, I contacted Lallier Honda well in advance to inquire about the availability of an FJ Cruiser and expressed my interest in purchasing it. After some discussion, they agreed to put a hold on the vehicle, assuring me that it would be reserved until my arrival, which is literally a request to hold it till end of day.However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when, a mere hour and some later while i was already passing by Belleville, I received a call from Lallier Honda informing me that they couldn't honor the agreement because they had other people interested in it at the showroom. Are you kidding me? How can a supposedly professional dealership go back on their word so casually?It is beyond comprehension how they could treat a customer who had made a special effort to drive from Toronto with such disregard. I had trusted their commitment and wasted time, money, and energy in anticipation of purchasing the vehicle I had set my heart on. Their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer service is utterly appalling.Lallier Honda's actions demonstrate a complete lack of respect for customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Lallier Honda to think twice and reconsider their options. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction make them unworthy of anyone's time or money.

I did recently fuel pump recall service with lallier service Center.It’s really disappointing work done. Seat buckle kept inside seat and installed, now not able to keep child seat, moreover oil spilled over seat covers & car full of gas smell.These all very basic things to make sure done properly.Now I really worried how the fuel pump replacement done. I don’t think certified mechanic s are working here.Be careful going to this service Center.————To fix above stated issue I have visited this service Center and they messed up with my car again.Inside the car there are full of dirty water marks on the doors and seats attached images as well, I believe they are doing this kind of mess work intentionally, I don’t think they minimum professionalism and curtsy towards customers.I am really disappointed.I don’t think they are really professional mechanics working here. Always better to avoid this service Center.

Sales experience has been terrible. I visited for a used vehicle and had a pleasant experience with the salesperson however following this when attempting to purchase the vehicle received no callbacks and no answers to my repeated calls. As a result of these delays I also lost another vehicle from another dealer. If as a car retailer you do not want to sell the vehicle to a customer that's fine but have the courtesy of informing them so they can move on and not lose out on other opportunities!

Terrible sales and customer service representatives.Sold me a $25,000 used car without the fluids topped after I asked and been assured multiple times it was done.A week in and my windshield washer fluid is out with minimal use; no big deal, I filled it myself.Fast forward 2 months and during the hotter months my A/C is not working. I see that my coolant is at MIN, but don't fill it up incase there is a leak. I call them for help and am recommended to have it inspected. Turns out the issue is my vehicle was simply out of coolant, no leak at all, which means the coolant must have evaporated. So in the 2 months I owned my vehicle, all the coolant in the tank has magically evaporated".Now Honda Lallier is refusing to cover the ~$350 charge for the inspection and filling of my coolant
