Cheap for good portion. Lunch special A set is only for 16.99. You can taste many knid of Korean food.As a Korean, most of them is not bad.The reason I give 3 stars is Korean soup '된장찌개' was terrible. Very salty.After I got 2 spoon of soup, I thought I can make soup much better than this place and I could not eat them anymore.I hope Cook made a mistake for the day. I dont want ppl from other countries think the soup is real Korean taste.

Food was great. Very tasty and meaty beef. We had the Premium beef combo B which was approx $35/person but you didn't have to think what to order. Surprised at how good the food is and how much they give you. Wayyyy more than enough food!

The combo price might seem expensive, but the portion is HUGGGEE. We two people ordered beef combo B. We finished only half. The food is delicious except for the side dishes so I give only 4 stars. The dessert is 10/10. Great service. Another Korean BBQ that I recommend.

Very nice family restaurant with great atmosphere. Quality of food, dishes variety and BBQ meats is very high and lovely. Service is nice and friendly even if there is busy hours. Kid’s friendly. Highly recommended!

I tried this place because they had a groupon and I think overall it was pretty good. Firstly let’s talk about the meat. It is very good quality meat and it’s all very tender and good and because that is the main event in the group in set menu I think it is worth it just to come and try. The other part of the meal is a tofu soup with rice, a green salad, a tuna sashimi, a few pieces of Korean pancake and a japchae. I think the other foods are ok the soup and japchae are good but I think the pancake could be crispier. It is hard because I had the one at sura and dolpan in Richmond and they are both better. The other thing I noticed in the reviews is their service. I think that the servers were very friendly and honestly they are understaffed. There were two younger looking guys there and they are friendly but it was just the two of them and they were running around the entire time so we cannot blame them really for not checking up on people. Perhaps more experience on their part would help but they never stopped working the entire time I was there. Think about it, they have to bring out the dishes and change grills for all the people who are barbecuing, and oil the pans it’s a lot for two people. I would cut them some slack and they need some encouragement to be working at a busier place perhaps more staff would also help. I did notice they have hiring signs so it’s not like they aren’t trying. Lets talk about the price, if I had to pay the full price I probably would expect a lot more in terms of the other food quality but we can not deny the meat quality. The groupon price is fine though and I noticed they do have similar to grouping price after 9pm but I did not get a chance to look at the menu to see if they have similar sets and at what price point. Just make sure if you have a groupon to reserve on the phone and tell them you are using a groupon that is per groupon instructions otherwise they won’t accept walk ins with groupons. I did not have this issue because I read the rules carefully. Overall the experience I had was pretty good and I would recommend it if you are close by. They are located inside Henderson place across Coquitlam Centre.

If the food wasn't so fantastic, I'd rate this place a 2 and never go back. The service is abysmal. Tables are left unclean for at least an hour with ample staff. They do not check in on you. They can't answer basic questions about the menu (e.g. there are only 3 cocktails and they couldn't tell me what was in any of them). I literally had to yell to get SOMEONE to give me the bill 25 minutes after we were done eating, even though they were milling about, and then yell AGAIN at the counter to pay after standing there for minutes without anyone noticing - and the kicker is there were 3 of them and we were the only table there. They also didn't have music playing until 30 minutes after we sat down (we were there at around 8:30pm), and it was just suddenly blasted on.The decor is trendy and cool. The prices were on the higher end for Korean, but worth it (compliments to the chef). The place is a higher end restaurant with low rent staff. I don't want to see this place go away, but they need to train their useless staff to keep customers coming back.

Just simply looking at the take out packaging, you can tell how they care for their customers. The soup bowls are carefully wrapped to prevent any spills and food were neatly presented after we brought it home. This is one of the most well made food and caring restaurants I've tried.

Great Korean BBQ here. Extensive menu, food is good and delicious. Not a big fan of the sashimi here that came with the set menu but everything else was good. Service was okay though, food came out fast but they were not too attentive however it seemed like there was only one staff on the floor today. Overall good experience, I would come back again!
