Beth Baskey at Ellison Travel was recommended to me by one of my close friends, and Beth was the amazing team member that assisted me through every step of planning our family trip to St. Lucia.It was SO nice to be able to ask Beth questions throughout the months leading up to our trip (I asked her many, many questions . . . . . .), and she was always very prompt in her responses. Her insight was invaluable to me, and saved me time in having to research certain aspects of our trip. She was also able to get us a GREAT deal on a hotel stay in Toronto the night before our trip, which included parking our car at the hotel for the week and taking a free shuttle to the airport. This was a huge benefit to us as we were travelling at the end of January, and we did not want to risk getting stuck in a snow storm on the 401 on the day of our flight.Beth is absolutely lovely to deal with; she responds to all inquiries in a timely fashion, she is knowledgeable, and she handles all the bookings so you don't have to worry about anything but looking forward to your trip. I was looking to book a last-minute vacation to the Dominican Republic and used Ellison Travel to assist in identifying available resorts.I dealt with Sean who was extremely helpful in finding a spot within our travel dates and accommodation requirements.He had firsthand knowledge of the location and additional extracurricular activities available. He went above and beyond in getting everything ready within the short notice provided.We have just returned and everything went exactly as planned and exceeded our expectations.
