Fast service, staff very friendly. Went through drive through and despite multiple cars ahead, managed really quickly and well. Visited around dinner time, so even with dinner rush, was great fast service

This McDonald’s has major management issues. This review is from two back to back experiences. The first time I ordered 2 hamburgers, fries and coke. I paid got to the pick up window and was told they were waiting on fries and was asked to park. Well I was completely forgotten about. I was in that parking spot for 27 minutes!!! About 15 or more cars were served while I waited there. Finally I got out of my car and waved to the girl in the window asking where is my food. They brought it out with a free apple pie, but it was clear I was completely forgotten about.Then today. My very next visit I pulled up to the drive through speaker. I was asked to wait. There was not a single car in sight. I waited. I watched another car pull up to the other speaker, order immediately and pull ahead. They had completely forgotten I was there waiting at that speaker. I then gave my order and when I went to the pick up window I asked before paying if there was going to be delays with my order. They said it should only be a short wait. I said, no thanks. Been there before and pulled out and went to Wendy’s where I got great fast service and where they serve on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.The management at this McDonald’s needs to make an effort to follow this very simple rule and not leave customers forgotten about.

On my way to my daughters dance class we had time, so I decided to stop and get McDonald’s for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage muffins NO egg. Had to pull ahead to the reserved window which is fine. Get my car off their timer. 7 minutes later a they came to the window with the wrong order. I advised that wasn’t what I ordered. The worker took it back. So we wait another 5-7 minutes. Another worker brought back the same order. I said no, that’s not what I ordered, as there are allergies. 5 minutes more later (yes I was watching the clock as my daughter was now late for dance) they brought the right order laughing at me. I said thank you. But it’s not funny. A restaurant, chain or no.. laughing at the simple fact a child could go (potentially) into anaphylactic shock BLOWS my mind. If this is the type of culture and acceptance this location/ McDonalds as a whole represents, they have lost my business. Yes, I know I’m a small fish in a big sea. But carelessness is not accepted in any work environment.

0 stars if it was an optionAfter dealing with this location for nearly a year I finally had to voice my complaints.1: they never fill your coffee you only get about 85% of the cup filled2: there is no order to the double lane drive through, the lane in the right took the orders from 4 cars as I was sitting in the left lane waiting to order till I just left after 5 minutes3: they will pull you to the 3rd window for a coffee order ( seen 4 coffees go out the window when I was waitingThere are many other options for coffee locally, this location has lost my business

For the most part I like this location but for iced coffee, it’s horrible. They are so far from consistent. It always tastes completely different from the time before. I’d say the last 5-6 times I’ve gone, only once was it perfect. I won’t go to this location for iced coffee anymore. The most recent time the colour is so pale it doesn’t even taste like coffee. Just sugar and milk/cream. And why the Christmas cups? It’s June . .

Crystal is doing a phenomenal job. Me and my boss stood there and watched her be the only person actually working. Everyone else is standing around with a confused look on their face, and one guy in an adidas suit I watched walk threw the kitchen blowing his nose. Beauty. Give crystal a raise and a promotion, fast foods hard work, especially when you’re the only one doing your job.

Just awful!! We waited for so long for our order! They make us pull up to the front and come to tell us they lost our order! So we tell them again! They did give us 6 free nuggets but my crispy chicken was so hard to bite! So gross I threw it out!:

The new store is more poorly run then the old store, cold donuts, order constantly messed up or missing items, no peanut butter packets for bagels and espresso machine constantly unavailable. All little things but consistently disappointed with my experience at this fancy new location.

Just stopped in for a promotional $1 coffee because we had never been before. Very spacious and clean in the dining room. The bathrooms are also nice and clean, probably the cleanest of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. Will definitely be going back.
