We are thrilled with our new floors! Traci was wonderful and helpful in picking out the right product. The shipment arrived early and installers were available immediately. The installers (Yousef and his partner) were excellent! They were polite, efficient and neat. I would (and have) recommended Carpet Value to anyone looking for carpets or flooring.

Everything was ok until they started to chance the installation time, then they sent in a contractor that didn't know what he was doing and it took almost a month to install the laminate floor which should only have taken 3 days only to have to rip out the whole thing to do it all over again. Bad communication, sales person Rob tried to sell me something different after. Now that the new floor is installed it's making a lot squeaky noises, just like my old floor. Should've just kept the old floor and saved my money. Worst experience I've had with a company.

Just had our entire main floor, stairs and upstairs hallway done with luxury vinyl plank.Price was reasonable - and they finished the job in 2.5 days AND before Christmas as promised. The whole process went smoothly. Would recommend.

We have used Carpet Value for the first time and the carpet in our basement looks amazing! The carpet wrapped around each step looks so good we don't even have to put the backing back on because they look seamless. I had an excellent experience from getting an estimate to having the carpets installed. Communication was great from the office and all staff were friendly and professional! Definitely will recommend to others :)

Highly recommend! Have used them twice now when updating both my kitchen and bathroom flooring. Both times Tracy was phenomenal to work with. She assisted every step of the way and communication and time frames were great and exactly as promised. Their prices are great and selection includes all the latest trends. Very pleased with my experience!

this is my 2nd time using this company.1st a few years ago great service and install!2nd time started in end of July 2022 worst service ever, the job is still not complete! it was only my front porch, basement and stairs project was supposed to be 2 days and it’s well over 40 days still waiting! I would not recommend this company

Horrible experience my initial appointment was supposed to be on Tuesday but the owner somehow decided to call me on Monday to tell me that they’re going to come at noon but showed up at 11:45 and left somehow before noon so they’re going to start another day. That is horrible doesn’t make no sense if you’re going to show up at 11:45 at least you can do is wait until 12 or call the customer to let them know that you’re outside and someone’s not answering the door not just leave without communicating. And if I have not called and asked they were not going to let me know that The installer came and left. Horrible service horrible communication don’t trust them they will rip you off. The guy came and measured my house and I asked him how much was the measurements he said I don’t know I have to let you know later. Horrible service.

I had a wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend them! I ordered new flooring and also had them install it. Super great installer, the coordinator Tracy is beyond awesome and the owners are so great they even came to my house before and after to make sure I was happy! 5 Stars for sure!
