We had P38 and they left us freezing and mess up our furnace. Because of them we haven't had heat in OVER A MONTH!!! They don't show up when they are supposed to. They will not help us out financially when we were stuck in the hospital with myself and my family members. I felt like I was just another number to them instead of a customer. It sucked. I don't recommend anyone p38 for making us FREEZE in spite. The delivery driver was to make it that one day purposely IGNORED our home when it was first on the list.

Great service right off the 401. We have an RV towing a vehicle (which we cannot backup) and they helped us mange to reach the propane pump. The whole team was their to help us! Special thanks to Dave.

Contacted office regarding taking away one tank. Very friendly, helpful and never questioned why. This is how businesses should run. Very impressed.

They definitely dont try to keep customers. Rental rate is ridiculously high if you dont use alot of propane. Went from $60 to $180 per tank..switching to rosebush. $60 per 2 tanks no limit on how much you use. Little update to this. P38 ask me to call headoffice just so the owner can say he will not change rental rates. Switching to Rosebush as soon as my tanks are empty. Thanks for the 5 years of service. Will take my business elsewhere.

The staff is amazing so friendly, helpful specially the office ladies, they should be getting a promotion on how hard they work to keep the customers happy an full of propane, propane accessories.Thank you P38 propane Gananoque

Recently switched propane suppliers. P38 provided exceptional service. Brought out new tanks, levelled with crushed stone, tested all lines and furnace. Everyone was very friendly from sales to service. I highly recommend P38.
