TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE Customer service Called in to place an order, the phone was picked up by someone called Angel"

Our youngest just moved to Vancouver and needed a specific cat food for a friend's cat that he's minding for an extended period of time, but he has no vehicle with him, Angel at Bosley's at 3405 W Broadway facilitated the purchase and was willing to set up delivery in a timely manner. When you're new to a new city it's nice to know helpful people are there to help. Thanks, Angel!

The workers are always pleasant and helpful when I go there. There's also a nice selection of things for cats and dogs alike. Even when something is out, they're able to either let me know when a shipment is coming or if I need to order something special they can do that as well. They have a little program where you can get a free bag of food - it used to be buy 10 get 1 free but they upped it to buy 12. Still nice to have a little incentive though.

Poor customer service. They do not care about their customers just the money.I was unaware of a broken bag I purchased at full price until it spilled all over me on my transit home. The only thing they could offer me was 10% that was already supposed to be applied to the bag. Other choice. Lug the bag back to the store to be refunded and charged the full price of a new bag. They do not take responsibility for their mistake as the manager said 'well we normally mark a broken bag'. Disappointed

I visited this Bosley's a couple days ago to collect supplies for a puppy I was picking up the next day. This is my first pet and I was both nervous and excited. For someone in my position, the assistant manager, angel, truly embodies her name. She was kind, courteous and professional while directing me towards the laundry list of supplies I was looking for and provided a multitude of recommendations and advice when asked. I'll be returning to this Bosleys on the strength of the experience she provided.Give her a raise with no added responsibilities so she can keep aiding customers like myself.

I put in a request to order in the largest size of open farm bags as they only stocked the smallest. This was no problem and I was told I’d receive a call once the order arrived. I ended up calling around 10 days later- the order wasn’t in. Weeks past and I gave up as continuously buying smaller bags for 2 dogs was becoming expensive. Instead I ordered from Pet Pantry and my order was at my door within two days. Despite this- Bosleys has other good variety of dog foods but my dogs are fussy and I wasn’t willing to change up their diet… nonetheless I bought some good treats and toys from there. If they have what you’re looking for readily available in stock then you’re fine but wouldn’t recommend trying to order from them.

Good selection. Decent sized store. Didn't carry PureBites, my cats' favorite freeze dried chicken.

I go there for guinea pigs hay. Sometimes they are out of the big bags. If you need that call and check before you go

Weird experience shopping here for my dog. Asking for budget friendly treats, I got laughed at because I guess I’m cheap? Yeah thanks I don’t want to buy over priced dog treats. Not keen to return here which is a shame as I just moved to this area

Purchased the top food the clerk recommended and asked if I need a receipt while they have me in their system. His answer - no. The food (Acana) did not agree with my dog after trying to blend it with his current food. When returning it (same clerk) I was told I was out of luck without a receipt. Left the food there told him to donate it to someone…why management would do that to a 100 dollar monthly sale is beyond me.
