The employees have no idea what they're doing. I sent a registered mail to Nova Scotia from that office, a couple of days later it got delivered to my home. I went back to their office, another employee who told me that the intended recipient sent it back! Unconvinced, I found from another post office that they wrongly sticked the registered mail sticker.

Horrible customer service. Farheen has no idea how to handle fragile boxes! It means nothing to her. Highly unsatisfied with the service I received. Save your time and your packages.

I went to this location yesterday to pick up a package. I arrived to the counter by 8:50ish pm and was told rudely by the employee that they close at 9 and to come back in the morning.

I came 7pm i gave them a chance to find my package. Came twice and promise me that they arw going to call me but nahh! Still they can't find it! I don't know if they are looking for it.
