Our family has been extremely pleased with our association with Home Instead. The care givers to mom have been exceptional. Admittedly, it took a bit of organization to get a schedule and routine established for ongoing 24/7 care, but Cheryl and Susan were very accommodating and aimed to please with the scheduling. They made changes if requested and kept both my mom and the family informed. The family was impressed with the care giver communication between themselves and the office. I don't know how we would have managed over these last few months without the support and care provided by Home Instead. Mom refers to the care givers as her girls" and they have become like family to her. Even today

Home Instead's Coquitlam office staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. I have them for 24/7 care for a friend, and there are sometimes difficult situations to sort out. The staff have always come up with a most acceptable solution to our needs. I used another company as well, for a while, and found the difference to be quite remarkable.
