Overall score: 7.5/10For both interior and exterior detailed cleaning, they charged $160(small car)+$30(non-leather seats)+$80(extra one-hour work based on difficulty of cleaning)+tips. The cleaning result turned out not bad but still could be better. As shown in the photos, the front door is not completely cleaned. Also, there is some unknown new dirt appearing near front window (perhaps it’s from the working gloves). The good thing is all the seats and carpets look well-cleaned.

Absolutely THE worst experience. In short, they refused to service my car because they either clean the car completely or they don't clean it at all. If they only did interior, my car won't be throughly clean and that is against company standard and therefore they can not do just interior for my car.Here's the whole story.I booked an appointment here at 3:30 on Tuesday for interior and steaming($150, 2hours). I left my keys with them and everything was fine until about 45 mins later I got a call from them. They said my car was too dirty and it will take 5 hours and around $500. We only planned for not having our car for 2 hours not 5, and by the sound of it they haven't even started after the first 45mins. So I asked what is taking so long, they explained a bunch of things and ended on steaming. I said fine, let's get rid of steaming and just do a simple interior. They said no, and explained their company have a standard, they either clean the car completely or they don't clean it at all. If they only did interior, my car won't be throughly clean and that is against company standard and therefore they can not do just interior for my car. Well at least I can leave and file a refuse to deal complain with Canadian Business Bureau.

I had a terrible experience with Ai car. They are unprofessional, not listening to customers' needs, not respecting customers' time and energy, and refusing the service without a good reason.Here is my story: I booked a basic interior and exterior cleaning appointment. When I booked the appointment, the staff didn't assess my car's situation, only confirming the type of the car and personal contact number. When I arrived there, they asked me to leave the key at the front desk. Around 15 min, I was told that my car was too dirty and it needed an upgraded service, which costs around $200 more and an extra 2 hours. I was also told that they don't have the time for me without asking my needs.From my perspective, I didn't expect a high standard of car cleaning; a simple cleaning is just what I wanted. I was upset that they didn't even ask my opinion but just did the way they wanted. Properly my deal is not a good business to them, so they devalued my needs by just simply refusing the service. But I was physically there, and they just wasted my hours.I was also speechless about their complaint about my too dirty car"; it seems like when you go to the hospital and your doctor speaks to you

I've done two services with them so far, very satisfied.The host and staff are polite. They pass on the service information very well, they would let you know what the service is and the price is transparent, no hidden fees. Highly recommend for their service
