that one girl with glasses on life support burned our bagels, she didn’t even give us the right order. Didn’t even bother to put cream cheese and butter in any of the bagels (4) and didn’t cut any of them, I would understand if they were in a rush but no one else was there… would not recommend

The best in the region. They are quick and efficient and don't make a thousand mistakes. The weekday morning cashiers remember their regulars usual.

Got a decaf... caught the lady putting half coffee half hot water! Always the same at this Tims, orders always wrong just go to the one down the 132 much better

Ordered 2 wraps with saucage & egs and a small coffee.(drive trought). When I received my order, coffee was missing and the wraps were with bacon instead of egs. Told her to give me my receipt because coffe was missing and to change my order for wraps with saucage. After I told her that, she became super rude with me and told me she won’t change my order! I said I need my order because I have paid for it and im waiting. She said if im not leaving she will call the police and she did but they never came. What a crazy employee you guys have, very unprofessional! So after that I went inside and tried to convince her to change my order but she became even more rude with me, speaking to me without any respect.. Finally I left my order there and left the place! This is absolutely inacceptable!

Tried the tim beibs. I know it's a limited time but you guys should really consider keeping the birthday cake waffle in the line up. In fact...a full size donut like that would be much appreciated as well.

Lady was racist with me.. She said i dont speak french and she doesn't understand my order. she is working there she has to serve in english and french, though i speak french also but she was super rude.
