I had a good experience last time. This time however they were booked all day and we couldn't ride. When I went to ask, there was 4 or 5 Sea-Doo's sitting on the on the beach not being driven. So I am not sure what was going on. Maybe they were being prepped for next group? It was sad not being able to take my daughter out.

Awesome experience, came here to try jet skiing for the first time with my boyfriend. Staff was helpful and friendly, service was prompt. Had a lot of fun :)

First time renting jet skiis in gimli and let me tell you, it won't be the last. Very knowledgeable staff made the process fun and enjoyable. Well maintained machines provide a confident ride even over choppy waters. Must try

Worst experience ever. They try to rip you off by creating false damages. Never give proper instructions and training and then later try to blame for negligence. The owner is a really rude lady. Some of the staff members were rude too

My daughter asked to rent a sea doo for her 10th birthday gift last year, she had an amazing time on it! Staff were great and she wants the same thing this year.

The experience from start to finish was pretty good. After sign up process and payment, you're handed vests, clear instructions were provided on how far you can go, right of way, maneuvering, what to do when you're overboard or when the watercraft flips. During hand over of keys, they tell you which section to turn in and what to do when you're close to the buoy on the shore. We had a very safe and enjoyable ride.

We rented one from them, super helpful super friendly ended up buying a new one before we left town!!! These neg comments.... I think its the person not the business.

Rented a machine for 2 hours and it was a blast. They have sport mode which really makes it a blast to rip around on but be prepared to take a beating. You will definitely feel soar afterwards. Great times!

My experience would warrant zero stars if it were an option.Having visited Gimli from Southern Ontario we were excited to try Jet skiing as it's something I have always wanted to try but have not had the opportunity. I stopped at their beach kiosk to ask questions, get a price etc. The young teenager working there told me it's best to only being my license and my credit card as the machine only had a small storage compartment. I told him. I would be back in 10 minutes as I had to return a few items to my car. Upon my return (10 minutes later) I was ready to go. When I presented my credit and ID the same employee proceeds to tell me that the next available rental was at 5pm (it was currently 3pm). I said to the employee I just spent the last 5 minutes asking you every question imaginable about the rental and you never once mentioned advanced bookings (not to mention 3 machines has sat vacant on the sand for some time)" to which he replied "you didn't ask!" And then walked out of the kiosk.Don't waste your time with this place!!! The complete lack of decency and just polite behaviour was shocking to say the least!!! I was willing to overlook the negative reviews already posted
