Much better cruise ship terminal than Seattle. Seattle has delays all the time while in Canada we didn't had any problems of clearance. We didn't even had to take our passports with us. Just cruise card. Everything was so easy in and out. You can easily come back on a boat if you forgot something and go back to town.

A lot of things close early so not much shopping to do in evening. Pricey but has a lot of history in town and nice restaurants

Upon walking off the port I was greeted with the fresh cool British Colombian breeze. The views you can get aboard a cruise ship are amazing! The distance from the Dock to downtown Victoria is not a far walk at all! However, I do recall after stepping off my cruise ship, the ground was covered and bird feces. Nothing out of the ordinary considering I was at a coastal dockyard in the Northwest. Still, a decent port!

Nice Port amazing beautiful city. Make sure you are in the right line to return to your ship. The line says to return to all ships but Norwegian is on the other side to get back to the ship.

As our ship docked in Victoria you see the giant Canada sign welcoming you. In the customs area you walk through when you enter the building. There is also a gift and souvenirs shop. The surrounding area once you leave the secured port area will give you beautiful background for pictures. There is a residential area right across the street.

Nice and clean area. Walk into downtown is roughly a 25 minute walk IF you don't follow the directions of the people working there. They tell you to walk down the major street and said is a 45 minute walk. Maybe it was a way to tell you to pay the $5 for the bus into town. Very busy place but very easy to navigate. Walk down St. Lawrence Street and get a more scenic route into town.

Upon arrival, the crew of the Discovery Princess made fast work of getting us next to the dock. The shoremen/women jumped to it and got everything staged for our disembarking.Although our time in this port is short, we made sure to make the most of it.Until we meet again Victoria.

The cruise dock is close to the inner harbor and all things Victoria so even if you have only a few hours in port like we did on the Eurodam, you have time to get off and see some highlights and night lights. Victoria is very safe so have no fear even when walking back to your ship after dark.

VERY clean port. Convenient. Scenery in the area is beautiful. Town is quaint and lovely. The weather happened to be perfect in early October. Not much to see in the way of attractions and it is pretty expensive.Definitely recommend checking out the floating homes!
