Traylor Parker's Real Texas BBQ
For having just opened, it was a decent dinner. Unfortunately they were out of coleslaw & with newly opened service issues, our brisket wasn’t hot. Service was friendly. We ended up with a platter as we were told we couldn’t order individual meats in quantities less than 1 lb - hopefully that changes. Look forward to coming back when they have a chance to find their groove.

Took my boyfriend for his birthday! The drinks were great, the food was ever better! Needless to say, we didn’t leave hungry! We ended up with so much to take home. The service was a bit slow, but there were only two servers so they did great given the circumstances! Highly recommend!

Just got home. First time customers. Walked in and they were reorganizing stuff behind the till and they apologized for the chaos, gave us menus. There was only one family in the corner finishing their food. When we were ready to order she didn’t see us and was obviously distracted by her inventory count. She took our order, we ordered 3 different meals. When we got home we noticed that she gave us the wrong order. The best part of the meal was the fries, the brisket was dry and no sauce, we added our own. The creamy potato salad and coleslaw was not creamy but extremely dry. The pulled pork was excellent. We called right away to let them know that it was the wrong order and their reply was you can come back in but you will have to pay for the Big Boss because she charged us for a brisket instead of the Big Boss. There was no I am sorry that we messed up your order your first visit you can come back with the brisket and get the Big Boss since we would be driving 20 mins back to the store. Needless to say that it was an extremely disappointing first time $65 meal spent.

We had an awesome experience dining here. The food was amazing. We had the large loaded nachos with brisket and it was a nice start for 6 of us and a baby. Then we had 2 of the Wing and Rib platter, and turkey platter, an wing platter, and 2 brisket on a bun and everything was delicious and easy to share...we had lots of leftovers.The peach cider was packed with flavor and refreshing and the apple cider was also delicious. Our waitress was so nice and filled us in on the origin story of the restaurant.They didn't have high chairs for our baby, but we made it work. The patio was beautiful and clean as was the dinning area. We got there at 7pm and we missed out on some of the food because they ran out, so I suggest getting there earlier when you visit. I highly recommend.

Traylor Parker's Real Texas BBQ
Placed an order for takeout a full day ahead and still had to wait 27 minutes, very unorganized. Are the ribs supposed to fall off the bone? The rub and sauce were good but the meat was not tender. Have heard good things so not sure if we got a bad batch? For the price I wouldn’t recommend because what we had (including the potato salad and coleslaw) doesn’t seem like anything special.

Went in for lunch today and got ribs, mac and cheese and beans it was the best meal I’ve ever had. There Mac and cheese was unreal and had such a unique but comforting flavour. Been out before and it was good but this one outlived my expectations. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and was able to give such a great experience. Props to the chef Darryl talked to him for a few minutes and you can tell he takes pride in this placeSo glad to have got to there food again will definitely Be back.

This is the best bbq I have ever had. The brisket (1/2lb) was so juicy and pre cut which was so awesome. I met Traylor and he was one of the nicest owners of a restaurant, he was kind and overall the coolest guy. Definitely coming back!

Traylor Parker's Real Texas BBQ
Well I am definitely going back. Been twice now. You just can't go wrong with the food here. And from my trips south this is the real thing. The smoked meats are amazing. People are so friendly and caring. If you get a chance to go for a drive or ride make sure you make this a pit stop. You won't regret it.
