Great service! They were courteous and offered me a seat and beverage as well as shuttle service while my car was being serviced. Got a call when complete and another shuttle for pickup. Answered all the questions I asked and showed me how to use some of the features in my car. Happy with the experience and would highly recommend!

2022I decided to pursue another Volvo XC90 vehicle. this would be my 3rd Volvo, I have come to truly LOVE love the brand.My Sales Rep, Bobbie was once again absolutely great to deal with. She answered all of my product questions, always made me feel like I was not a regular customer. She was patient, and understanding.Thank you to Matt Salerno and Stefano Algieri for their amazing partnership and support. Great service department. They never try to up sell you. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent! They recommend only what is required. Vehicles today are expensive. I base my buying on the service department. It’s because of the service department at this dealer that we have owned Volvo’s for 20 years. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or looking for service.

We have owned and leased several cars from several different brands but never kept one for too long. Until we got into a Volvo. The performance of a Volvo vehicle is only surpassed by the exceptional customer care we received at this Newmarket dealership. I recently purchased the XC40. I had been an Acura driver since 1999. I love my vehicle.The staff was very good and informative. Bobbie was my salesperson, she was wonderful, no pressure and always accommodating when I test drove or had questions. She also managed to add me to a promotion, which decreased my interest rate! Definitely would purchase from them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Terrible sales experience. I called ahead, prior to 1 hour drive, and verbally agreed to purchase used SUV for over $40k. When I got there the told me they sold it while I was on my way to wholesale client. However they would honor the deal if I paid an additional $300!!. Although the SUV was as advertised, I walked away as I felt they were gouging me. Sales representative was very apologetic but sales manager cared more about $300 dollar than keep their word.

I almost never do reviews. However, these days with customer service being at an all time low, within all institutions.2 years ago I purchased a vehicle at Volvo Newmarket and I did not write a review.Now that I've had a few years of service experienced, plus the initial purchasing of the car I must say, for me it's one of the most refreshing experience. I am totally satisfied with their customer service. Whether by phone or in person I am completely impressed by the effort they put in to address all of my needs, making me feel like an important customer.

Excellent dealership with great service.Bobbie was incredible to deal with. Basically no negotiation other than a trade in which is a nice change.
