Went from Double cups were never an issue, to having to pay $0.10 per cup when you want an extra one, and now you can’t even buy a second cup for your 100 degree coffee. Such a pathetic location.

Server with the blue hair was pretty ignorant. But, it’s just slinging coffee. I asked for it and she managed to put it on the counter.

This unbelievable, i asked for two BLT with everything bagels and this what i got. Plus 1 slice of bacon???I didn’t open until i was in the GO train.Such a waist of money!!!Plus it took lady 3 tries to enter my order, other person already gave me a cookie and caddy at the cash said I didn’t order it!!!!Worst Timmies to go to

5 stars go to all of the employees at that Tim hortons. I couldn't be happier with my experience and they always go above and beyond to ensure that my order is absolutely up to par. The friendly environment welcomes you into a very warming coffee shop and if it weren't for the staff I don't think I would be reviewing this importance as five stars on all ends.

Ordered a BLT on a white bun through the drive thru for lunch. Asked for extra bacon, and a double espresso with one sugar. I had been on the road for hours, with more to go with nothing to eat or drink.I received 3 tiny strips of bacon, and when asking for extra. It leads me to wonder how much they usually give out. The mayo was some gross orange sauce. The lettuce, and I'm not exaggerating. Had large black spots as black as my tires.The best part though, was the hair actually hanging out of it.I ended up eating my donut and drinking my unstirred espresso from its leaking cup.Hard pass in the future.

We chose to stop and give Tims the benefit of proving they could provide a service with their new menu through the drive through. We were disappointed to say the least. We ordered two of their new bowls and two almond milk lattes. We waited at the window for them to re-do our bowls 3 times due to their mistakes and were not asked if we wanted whip cream on our milk alternative lattes. Which I couldn’t drink anyway with dairy on it and they were lukewarm. Each time they messed up our bowls they looked at us with hope we would accept them and drive on, but with an allergy we were not willing to pay for food that was not as ordered. And it was simple, no modifications, chosen right off the menu so how hard could this be??? They didn’t have bags, and they forgot forks and napkins.With all this they looked at us like we were wrong, never thought to compensate for the mess ups and the duration we waited with angry customers behind us.Unreal customer service, a waste of time and money, horrible management. It sad to see that prices are going up and customer service and food quality is going down.Tim’s should just stick with donuts and quick fast food items or execute their plan to keep up with other fast food locations by nailing the rollout out of the gate.

They didn't have rice for busy time at 6:10pm for thier signature bowls. Not they don't have ready, they don't have it in stock. Also they even confirmed the wrap my fiancé ordered is fine. She ordered slow cooked chicken for her's...but surprise, they put the crispy chicken in her's by mistake. So now she didn't even get to enjoy her's. Also any time I have come to this location in the past and try to order chili in the afternoon, they never have that in stock ether. Don't know why we keep giving this location multiple tries.
