Edward helped me inspect a new condo I purchased and gave it a very thorough assessment, while also taking the time to point out items with higher concern. He did more than was asked by providing lots of guidance and ideas as to how to properly maintain going forward. The report was comprehensive and very timely.

Very impressed with the work Edward did on my house that I purchased. He brought to my attention a lot of issues I wouldn’t have realized until way later, and pieced it really well put together PDF report for future renovations. It was great reference for contractors so I could tell them exactly what had to be done!
