They do a great service and followup

Got this company in too refinish the deck and put new vinyl down. Didn't show up when they said. When they did show up, the guy did half the job and left and then came back 2 weeks later to finish. Did a terrible job, basically all needs to be ripped up and redone, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Save your money and go elsewhere.

When we had all the flooring replaced in our condo, we had to ask repeatedly over several months to get things fixed when the job was done poorly to start with however it was never fully finished. There are numerous spots throughout the main area that the flooring is lifting. The spots we had asked to be fixed were not been glued back down. The transition pieces used were only partially glued down and have holes since they are the wrong style meant to be nailed down. They also have not returned our key after a month of asking for it back (we stopped at the store to pick it up however it was not there and they have stopped responding to our messages).

They are very helpful. We have used Carpet Mart for 4 house renovations and now doing our 5th home with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Customer service, knowledgeable staff

I volunteer with a non-profit/registered charity in Sundre AB and Carpet Mart was recommended for our floor replacement as they handled a particular commercial product that we were interested in. The job was not organized, short of material, presented installation problems, took longer than expected, and we had to withhold payment to have the major 'issues' touched. They never did come back to finish the last of the other issues. We had fundraised for this new floor and it was a significant project for us - and were very disappointed.

We have worked with Kyle and his team on a number of occasions and we are always so thankful for his kind, flexible and careful approach to his work. We appreciate him and his team and the work they do. We absolutely LOVE our new floors! Thank you!
