Jesse was a pleasure to work with and worked straight through on grinding down 4 tree stumps. I recommend using him for all your tree services he will make sure it’s done right or will come back if your not satisfied. But you’ll love the work he does. Get done what your putting off I’m really glad I did.

I had a few trees removed and they did a great job getting them down for a reasonable price. I am only giving 4 stars though because I was disappointed with the mess that was left. I had asked Jesse to leave the material for firewood, and I made sure to ask how the material would be left so that it would be manageable for my boyfriend and I to use. Jesse stated he would be cutting it up into manageable chunks and stacking it…. This is a picture of what I was left with. I texted Jesse asking how much it would cost for him to come back and remove the debris and chop the large pieces up and I never got a response.

Hathaway Tree Service was awesome. I called them last Friday and they kept me updated due to all the rain. They got here early in the morning and done with 2 hours. They noticed a tree that was dying and cut it down. When they were finished they told me why my tree was dying. If I wanted it to stop from dying what company to call that will help. He also showed me how to upkeep my other trees. They cleaned up all the tree limbs. Great crew.

Hathaway's Tree Service is the best tree service company around. We had quotes from other companies and some turned us away for the trees that we had to get cut down. These guys cut down our problem trees quickly, safely, and professionally. Their prices can't be beat either. They are friendly and I highly recommend them!! Thank you!!

On July 5th, a major limb fall on top of our metal gazebo, effectively destroying it. We gathered 3 quotes on July 6th. Jesse Hathaway, owner of Hathaway's Tree Service, was the most professional, polite, well informed and reasonable. He and his crew arrived on time today, July 7th. The team was efficient and considerate about working around the damaged gazebo without causing more harm to either the tree or the gazebo. They cleaned up quickly, in spite of rain showers. We highly recommend Jesse & his crew to anyone.

This is hands down one of the best tree service companies in the Syracuse area. Seen them doing a project in my neighborhood and asked for a quote to grind a stump and repair my lawn that a previous tree service company left trashed after dropping the tree. Hathaway tree service came to my house the same day for the quote and did the job the very next day. It was a great price and awesome work. The owner and his crew are very friendly and went the extra mile with everything. They grinded the massive stump and hauled away all of the wood chips. They also filled in the huge holes left by the previous company with dirt and seeded mine and my neighbors lawns . Highly recommend this company.

I called Jessie for a quote to cut down 4 trees, he came out next day for a quote and was extremely reasonable with his price! He worked with my schedule when booking the service and was extremely punctual day of! He and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Jesse and his team did an excellent job! On Wednesday he came, looked over the project and gave me an estimate, which was outstanding. The very next day he and his team arrived to do the work. They not only did the job, but they also educated me. Help me to understand the trees that I had on my property. I also had a new tree that I had just planted that was not doing very well, Jesse did some research and came back and told me what I needed to do in order to help the tree.This is an outstanding company, with a great team of individuals. They will not let you down.
