Carter's

I was looking for clothes for girls 2- and 5 years old. In Carter's I found a plenty of it in a good quality, nice colors and fair prices. In addition, a polite and helpful staff was available when I needed their assistance. 100% of satisfaction!!!

I've come to this store on multiple occasions, and it's always consistent. Clean & organized store, helpful staff, a bit pricy but it's a good brand, good quality clothes, and you can catch some wicked sales sometimes to stock up.

If I can give zero star, I would.Staffs are terrible. Unknowledgeable about their products. When questions were asked, the answer would mostly be “it’s up to you. If anything wrong, You can always exchange with the receipt.” I don’t know other shoppers, for me I do not want to go back and forth and waste the time to exchange anything. I try to get it right (even your size chart sucks and your clothes qualities are getting worse.)It is frustrated every time no one can give shoppers a helpful advice. And EVERY TIME I Need to do exchange afterward even I bring my son along to measure. I never have any problem with joe fresh / gap / children place.Maybe from now, add a changing room in the store. So parents no need to guess and measure to get the right size. But again, I believe Carter’s don’t give a damn about any negative reviews.

very poor customer service in this location.Sales person who wearing HEJAB is super rude and unprofessional.We never back to this store just because of her wild and uncivilized behavior.

OMG!!! I can't believe such customer service. The lady was unbelieveably rude, once she saw I was not happy with the misplacement and the price difference, instead of doing something to help me out, she told me if you are not happy, don't buy it!!!

I shop here regularly for my son. Everytime I've gone and had questions they've been answered satisfactorily. Carters clothes are not pre-shrunk so as a rule of thumb, unless buying for a newborn, it's usually safer to buy a size up since the clothes will shrink once washed.

The best place for shopping specials the manager of store very helpful the store is very organized and all the staffs are friendly

It's a nice and good place to buy clothes for your baby . Wish the store could show prices more exact and clearly.

Liked it but when I bring my stroller I can't get around the store very easy. Prices could be a bit more reasonable for items in season
