Need a Bin Woodbridge

I rented a 20 yard bin for a basement demolition. The initial phone call was quick, friendly, and efficient. I was able to get a bin on short notice. No damage to my driveway, exactly where I wanted it. Pick up was scheduled during the first phone call and the bin was gone when I got home from work that day.Invoice/receipt was provided by email shortly after order was placed and when the bin was picked up.Prices are pretty much universal for short term bin rentals and disposals, but based on my experience with this company, I would use them again for their service and honesty (total bin weight was around what I expected).

I was extremely impressed with the manager. I had an issue and I didn't know how to handle it. The manager was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I am a senior and I had a lot of confusion with it as I had never done this kind of thing before. He stayed calm and explained everything to me and helped me through it all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The service was outstanding, they were here when they said they would be here and they picked up when they said they would pick it up. I was very impressed with the company would and will not hesitate to recommend this company to people that I know, as I have already done so twice.

Fantastic experience with this company. Their prices are super competitive. The drop off driver arrived within the time frame and put the bin exactly where I requested. He also put down plywood to protect the driveway from damage. They were a day late for pick up but called to let me know and I was not charged for the extra day, so I cannot complain. Pick up happened next day in the time window I was given. Any contact I had with customer service was wonderful. Would absolutely use Need A Bin again. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Need a bin. I was impressed by their website and the information they asked such as were the bin was to be placed in the driveway. I found this helpful and liked that these questions were asked. When I first went on their website, I started with the chat to get a quote, then called in when I was ready and completed the process to get the bin booked. I was happy that I did not need a lot of notice to book the bin and also appreciated having the bin for 10 days which gave us the opportunity to complete our cleanup. A month later I booked another bin to finish the cleanup we were doing. I would not have booked them a second time if I was not happy the first time. We would book with them again.
