I had NDM do my roof was very happy with the service, price and quality of work HOWEVER I recommended NDM to my elderly parents well over a year ago, they picked the shingles, prepared their deposit and couldn't reach NDM for the remainder of the year. They now have water damage from missing shingles. After many attempts this year by my parents by phone and myself by email, several weeks ago NDM answered the phone, agreed to bring the samples back out, then never showed up.There has been no courtesy shown to my parents who are in their 80's, to provide them an opportunity to know if NDM is doing the job or not. They have patiently been waiting for the same level of service i was provided. I'm so disappointed in the disregard shown to my parents. I hope NDM follows through with their commitment to them.
