My experience has been great since I moved from Halifax to Edmonton. I contacted the leasing agent Ruth Falk who helped me through the leasing process. She made the whole process smooth from visiting, applying and moving in the apartment. She is always professional with a big smile, is responsive to all my queries and will let me know who to contact in case I have any questions. Thanks for your help and I really appreciate. I would recommend Leston Holdings.

I unfortunately only had the opportunity to live under Leston Holding’s management for a couple of months, and I mean it when I say that these are the kindest people I have met when it comes to renting apartments. I’ve rented from five companies over the last few years, and they are the best I’ve had. They respond quickly, they accommodated to my boyfriend and I when we wanted to move out a month early, and they were incredibly respectful. Not to mention our building manager, Arma, was absolutely wonderful, and it was so easy to talk to her! She made my experience that much better, and I felt really at ease bringing any issues to her.If I move back to Edmonton in the future, this is the company I will look for. They’re the most wholesome renting association I’ve met so far!

We were very happy when our youngest son was able to lease an apartment from Leston Holdings in a great downtown location. They have a good reputation and their rates are competitive. We had a great experience from application to move in with Arma from Leston. She responded to emails and texts in a fast and friendly manner and was on top of everything.Their suites are clean and well maintained and you can tell that they care about their residents.

I have been a tenant at one of Leston Holding's properties downtown, and It has been a great experience. Their online portal allows me send in a ticket for any issues, and it gets taken care of right away. The maintenance team are very friendly and answer any questions asked. Paula Allard is the property manager of our building is she is amazing. She is very understanding and accommodating to us. She picks up any time i call and responds as soon as she can. I moved from one unit to another within the building and the process was very easy thanks to Paula. She helped with the paperwork, explained what needs to be done and gave us a couple days extra to make it easier on us. Great property manager and I would highly recommend Leston Holdings.

This is my second experience with Leston Holdings, they give you an opportunity to get a safe and nice home for a great price. I couldn’t be more thankful for Paula and Alex for the smooth transition into moving into my new place. I’m forever grateful and I know when it’s time to do my next move, Leston Holdings with be my go to place. Thank you guys !

Cant give zero stars. They lie in their ads, in the two years of tenancy here I have had to deal with cockroaches, black mold, leaky roofs that caused holes that took them a week to landlord special". Extreme heat

Just moved into one of the properties owned by leston holdings and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been a renter from a few property management companies and I’ve never been a huge fan of most of them. So far my experience here has been magical! Everyone I’ve dealt with, mostly Paula the property manager here, have been amazing. Anytime I had something to address or ask about Paula efficiently answered me. The space is beautiful and the building is bright and friendly. Highly recommend!

I've been very happy with the moving process for the Windsor estate location. Paula was very professional and knowledgeable when giving the apartment tour and move in report. You can do pretty much everything online, which I really appreciated. Any questions I have I can text Paula and get a response. My apartment had all new appliances and the building is still in the process of being renovated. I couldn't be happier with the changes at Windsor Estates since Leston Holdings took over.

As a first-time renter, I went into my application with a lot of anxiety. Little did I know I’d meet the most amazing property manager ever: Paula!! She’s made the whole process from applying to moving in and living in my new apartment a breeze. She’s always ready to answer any question with a smile. The building is clean, safe, and peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t even imagine a better or easier experience because this is as good as it gets. 100% satisfied!!!

Paula is the nicest and friendliest building manager I have ever met. It’s a refreshing change to deal with someone professional, polite and knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and informed. The building is beautiful and very well maintained. The tenants are all very friendly and have welcomed us with open arms. Heritage flats is a place I hope to call home for years to come.
