helpful staff. Good selection of Canadian made products. Not everything the big big chains have...but worth the trip for some the other stuff.

I entered this store with my 2 Westies to look for a new collar and 2 employees were behind the counter talking. I must have been looking for well over 5 minutes and they never acknowledged I was even there and one even stepped around the dogs to leave the store. Needless to say I just left without buying anything. Abysmal customer service at this location.

I was looking for urinary cat food because the vet only had one flavour and my cat was getting tired of it. So I went in the Bedford store to look for some. The staff was amazing. They provided me with some. But my cat is very fussy and I went back and told them that she didn’t like the food we picked out. However the staff wasn’t going to give up. They did a lot of research about urinary cat food and found some other brands that was suitable and even ordered in some in the smaller sizes so we could try them. They even gave me some documents on the condition. We finally found some great food which she loves. I can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond. Most other places wouldn’t have gone through all that for one person but they did. Thanks again.

Ok place. Has some rare to find things. Seems more of a boutique type location. Looked for food from a brand they advertise online and was told that they would have to check with the supplier if they would get any. Filled out a special order request and never heard back. I'll go to another location which I know will order it in. Don't advertise brands you don't carry or know if you can even get any.

This place is awesome and it's the staff that make it so. I go in every few weeks for treats and toys and they always remember me and my pup.Today was a hot day and they poured him a drink and gave him some pets.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. At our request they called supplier and carried 1 bag of food we used for our dog. Always have 1 bag in stock everytime we need a new bag. Excellent service for us.

Staff is always friendly and eager to help. They carry a lot of different brand name foods and the staff is very knowledgeable on what to recommend.

Honestly I never leave reviews but I am so ticked off at this store I have to. When I walked in with my dog the woman at the cash barely acknowledged us- which was fine, I planned to just ask for help in a minute if she didn't offer any. Then, a cat appeared and my dog (who grew up with cats and is super friendly with them) understandably wanted to go over and see the cat. So I brought her over to let her sniff the cat and as I did the woman working said from across the store she really hates dogs. Please don't put a dog in her face".Two things:1. Why would you bring a cat who hates dogs to a pet food store that allows dogs to come in?? Dogs clearly will be agitated by a cat's presence if they are not allowed to even go near the cat.2. Why wouldn't you inform me when I first came in that if the cat comes near my dog
