Midori Ramen
Delicious! They use REAL Wasabi! I had the sous vide duck and the black garlic ramen with extra egg. The broth is very nice. The chicken and charsu melts in your mouth. The noodles had a good texture. If i lived nearby I would be a regular.

Such a cute little ramen shop! I usually don't go for ramen with chicken broth but this place does it exceptionally well, which is a rare compliment from me. Generous toppings, flavourful broth, and a very good garlic oil. I also enjoyed their other appetizers, but I particularly liked the duck breast. The interior of the restaurant is also very relaxing and I liked the small touches of decor sprinkled throughout. I would return!

Overall, it was pretty good ramen, but its difficult to stand out in such a saturated area. There are no major flaws but also nothing special about it.Wouldn't recommend the chicken karaage, just very average and expensive for the portion. Some broths were too fatty, masking the flavour and texture. Toppings were great, but eggs were slightly overcooked and damaged. Noodles were great, and the extra noodles are worth the price. Great service and decent atmosphere. It's not a bad choice if you're in the area, but there are certain many nearby that are better.

Consistently, CONSISTENTLY delicious food! I’ve been here probably 20 times since moving to the downtown area and I keep coming back. Today, I finally tried the spicy Tan Tan ramen and it was savoury and flavourful!! If you haven’t been here yet, run, don’t walk. Best ramen in the city!

Let me talk about how delicious the broth is here!! I had the Signature Tori Paitan. The broth was flavourful and creamy, the noodles were perfectly chewy and the toppings were simple but incredibly goes well with the bowl. The interior of this place was super cute and our server was very attentive. Our food came quickly and thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here.

My top 2 chicken ramen choices in Toronto. The soup is very creamy. Tried kale noodles this time, looking forward to taste cheese/duck next time.

Entered the place was greeted with smile both by the staff and the cooks and chef himself . Was given a nice beautiful seat on the corner which I loved great art on the wall make sure to take pictures when u visit very comfortable space quite unless if it’s crowded . Okay let talk abt food hahaAmZing good I order spicy tan tan noodles regular everything but they r right now serving melted cheese So I added that on to mine . Let’s start with broth coz that’s what I normally always taste first when I go for ramen :) creamy perfectly spicy balanced broth , noodles had amazing bite to them and they really carry the flavor of that broth in every bite , chicken was fresh perfectly seasoned all in all I would say it’s definitely one of the best spots in Toronto to get a nice bowl of ramen .I will be trying more food at this place as I go again I willUpdate this review …..

Midori ramen is the best in the city! I always get the red spicy and it never fails. The flavours are so yummy and the noodles are amazing too!The service is always amazing here as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I always order from here when I’m craving ramen.
