A big thanks for Prairie Coast Equipment for helping me get my tractor going over the phone. Offices closed early understandably on the big snow day, but they still answered the phone and i was able to reach Robbie Gibb, who troubled shooted, watched my videos and figured out the issue(by a process, good communicator). I really needed my tractor going in this weather so I am truly grateful.

Great thanks for the staff's help and kindness in the service department. I had a big problem with our lawn tractor (X350) which they fixed quickly.

George the salesperson was very good at his job. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us when the store closed at 5pm. Great personality and very friendly.

It's springtime, and they aren't open on Saturday. Very frustrating.

Had service and repairs done on a riding lawn mower. They called to say it was ready and told me they closed at 4:30, so I said no problem, see you Saturday. I showed up Saturday with my trailer to pick up and they were closed?!? Had to leave work early during the week to pick up. Open hours are not convenient.

Very dissatisfied with Naniamo location! I have supported the company since they were founded. Last few years, the service work has been horrible. My 1997 John Deere 8200 was mis diagnosed costing me a $8000 dollar injector pump, when it was Prairie Coast mis diagnosing the problem to the failed ECU. Prairie Coast installed the wrong ECU then blamed my injection pump! The endless mistakes cost me thousands of dollars. Next, I wanted the steering priority valve replaced due to poor steering. The technician adjusted the relief valve psi against what the service manual said, and never replaced the valve as directed. The service technician improperly set the psi, now I have warning light on for hydraulic psi!!! Asked the service manager for some recourse, or warranty work for improper work done, he replied no! I will never deal with the Naniamo branch ever again! They are arrogant, and don't back their work!

I've bought parts from this location for years. Recently the throttle cable on our JD 1025R tractor failed after only 150 hours; I was surprised to see a part like this fail after so little use. The part was expensive plus they are now charging a fee to bring in the part from the Chilliwack location which I thought was unusual. However, the lady with the short hair in the parts department was very pleasant so I gave 4 stars.
