Absolutely delicious. Every single drink we got was so worth it. Great service. As soon as you walk in you smell the tea and it's such a good feeling. The drinks tasted so good. Can't wait to go back!

Tapioca was super soft as if it were sitting there for a long time in liquid. It was forgotten and then added when I mentioned it was missing. Please do better.

I found plastic in a strawberry banana smoothie that I ordered, which could have caused choking or perforated my stomach given how sharp the plastic was.The worker on duty only offered to make a replacement drink, which gave me zero confidence in any plans for them to investigate why plastic whether from their equipment or kitchen ended up in my smoothie.To make matters worse, I'm pregnant and am unsure if I swallowed smaller pieces, which could harm my baby.This store has no regard for customer safety. My husband filed a complaint to head office and never received a response.

Midri (I probably spelled that completely wrong amd I'm sorry) at the Hillcrest Mall location went above and beyond for me today!!! Don't usually review chain stores but the staff at this one deserve a shout out because of how awesome they are!!!!

I bought Bubble Tea here and met with the Owner and his son. They gave me a complimentary foot massage and catered me with Gordon Ramsay's. 11/10 experience, would totally recommend!

It's all fake & garbage drink. Not fruit just essances.I got from Hillcrest mall, Richmondhill. She is hiding what she is mixing together.Not recommanded anymore.

Best customer service ever. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. And the drinks are amazing. Try chocolate banana smoothie and mango colada smoothie these are my favourite smoothies.
