I tried a cheese tart, Taiwanese crepe, and drink here and was blown away by how good everything was. The cheese tarts are freshly baked and food and drink are made to order with fresh ingredients. I thought the fusion in the smoked salmon crepe was really interesting and successful. Service was really friendly and helpful. The shop is tidy and comfortable with lots of seating, so it's a good place to hang out for a while.

Got the blackball grass jelly to go (no indoor dining due to public health orders) and it was delicious and really filling. The owner and all staff were extremely polite and kind. Can’t wait to go back to try some of their food like the Taiwanese fried chicken. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service, rude worker with super bad attitude and extremely unprofessional service. Can you believe they served a hot drink with a plastic cup which was heated in microwave? So the cup was deformed due to overheating! It’s toxic!! When I requested to use a hot drink cup I was told they don’t have ones. What’s more,the drink tasted terribly artificial. So Never go Blackball! At least the one on 41st ave! You will be super disappointed trust me!

Awesome to meet a kind, charismatic, generous owner, Tim! My partner and I enjoyed the hot pot and ice cream and will definitely come back again. The place was pretty much full Friday night when we went which is a good sign :)

I would have given 5 stars for the bing (Taiwanese crepe) alone if not for the long wait. I feel that the workers need better training so customers’ orders are fulfilled in order. The supervisor seemed flustered…getting an order started and then leaving it to help with the drinks.

Milk with mashed taro has so little taro inside :/ like having bland milk.Has a chill song list tho :)

Delicious Creations. Personable staff. Quick service. Clean space. A business worth experiencing and supporting!! Coffee is MUCH better than chain next door.
