Recently purchased a used vehicle from Belal at Trail Motors and it was a 5 star experience. Found the vehicle through a kijiji search and contacted Belal. Honestly, was hesitant at first thinking I might be dealing with a questionable used car lot. This was not the case. Belal is a one man operation so although he is operating as Trail Motors you're getting one on one treatment from the owner. I made an appointment to view the car and it seemed as advertised. I asked if I could get it inspected by my own shop and this was not a problem and actually welcomed by Belal. He encouraged me to get my own inspection and pull my own CarFax. This is a guy with nothing to hide. Car checked out and we agreed on a price. Belal delivered the vehicle to my house, brought the paperwork which was very straight forward. Price plus GST, that's it. Not only did he deliver the vehicle but he forgot the 2nd set of keys and delivered those as well a few days later. Hassle free, honest, and top shelf customer service. Will recommend Belal to anyone and he'll be my fist call when I'm in the market for another used car.

I would highly recommend Trail motors to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle. I just recently bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Belal,and he was very upfront and honest throughout the whole process and worked with me to get the vehicle into my price range, something that most other bigger dealerships wouldn't even consider. The fact that Belal lets you look over the vehicle any way you want before purchase is an additional bonus. If you are in the market for a good used vehicle then you should really check out Trail Motors and ask for Belal.

I can’t thank Bill enough for his honesty. He’s extremely helpful and explains everything for you. He explained all the documents, steps to get the car insured and registered. I bought my first car in Canada with him and it was an excellent experience. There was something that apparently was an issue with my car a few days after I bought the car and Bill came to my house at night to try and fix the problem. It turned out not a problem actually but just a configuration that I didn’t figure it out alone. I’ll definitely reach him out when I plan to buy another car. Thank you so much bill for being so helpful and honest.

Bought a 2010 Mercedes Benz c250 4matic off billy, one of the greatest decisions I have made in my life! After selling my vehicle on the 14th of November, I was looking to get a new one. Wasn't sure what I wanted to get but then I saw a Journey at Trail Motors that was in my price budget and I was interested in it. Called to book a test drive on the 16th. I looked around and did some other test drives, but decided the Journey was the right vehicle for me. I contacted Belal to put a deposit down and to arrange to have my own mechanical inspection done. When the inspection report came back, there was a possible issue with a leak. The Journey did have some work done on it, so Belal arranged to have it brought back to the mechanics where he got the work done, to ensure that the issue would be rectified before I went ahead and purchased it. So once the mechanics assured Belal that there were no more leaks, I was able to seal the deal and picked it up on Dec4th, and so far so good. Belal was a great guy to deal with and he was upfront and honest about everything. My experience was great and comfortable and I would recommend checking them out. :)
