Precision Pools
Wish I had gone here first. So I went to a different store to get a new pool liner. The other place told me that it would be about 4 weeks and I was OK with that because I had other things I needed to get done as well. When four weeks had passed and they had just gotten done with the measurements, then then told me that it was going to be another 6 -8 weeks and then may be a few weeks after that. I called Precision Pools and asked what they could do. I was told that With in a few days they could get the measurements and have the liner installed in two weeks. Guess what 10 days later it was done. Awesome. Looks great. They took care of all the little things as well as the big things. Great company and great workmanship. Thank You very much Precision Pools. I would highly recommend these guys.

Precision Pools
Precision pools built us a pool, water feature, and large retaining wall with armour stone. They did an outstanding job for us. The end result turned out precisely as the original rendering showed. Once the construction began, each day was like a well organized military operation. All workers executed their duties and seemed to be happy working together. To me, happy workers is a sign that the company is doing something right. All of our questions/concerns were addressed quickly. Dennis, Emmett, Rob, and Rachel and all the workers were wonderful. We've been enjoying our pool for a few weeks now and it's been great! They closed out the experience with a thoughtful care package, of towels, water bottles, pool toy in a lovely nautical beach bag. Overall, we've been very happy and would recommend.

We made the decision to put a pool in almost 4 years ago. Precision continues to provide amazing customer service, stand behind their work, the equipment and beyond. Exceptionally professional team inside and out! Rachel, Ryan, Dennis, Emmett and the entire crew are everything you could hope for when making a decision such as this. A good old fashioned family run business doing great things. We highly recommend!

Please read this BEFORE hiring Precision Pools. Emmett was very attentive during the sales pitch and the construction especially when it came to collecting money. Don’t expect to see him again. His response, “We have over 300 pool customers, all with questions and concerns.”First Season 2016 – Construction April 2016 Upon completion there was a leak in the pool which took until July 2016 to find and repair. Persistent leakage at the waterfall, finally determined as a faulty shut off valve. September 2016 the cement around the steps had started to deteriorate and it would be addressed when the pool reopened.Second Season 2017 – More Issues Pool reopened April 2017. I sent a reminder about the repairs to the cement. They finally showed up October 5, 2017 to do the initial repair but it still had to be sealed. The Pentair phone app stopped working September 2017.Third Season 2018 – Major Issues The cement repairs were amateurish and started to fall off along with continued deterioration. No one showed up to address this issue until October 2018. Precision asked if I wanted them to do the repairs during closing. I opted to wait for the spring, they tried this the previous year and it didn’t work. Pool heater stopped working June 2018. Their gas contractor had to come 4 times to get it functioning. The gas contractor & Precision were pointing fingers at each other regarding responsibility. The gas contractors were nasty people to deal with. Why was it my responsibility to deal with Precision’s subcontractor? They were hired by Precision and they should have held them accountable. The high speed required for the waterfall had stopped functioning by June 2018. Various service calls to fix the problem. The Pentair phone app had stopped working the previous year and I tried downloading the upgrade with no results. Ran out of patience & opted to buy a remote. Weeks later, finally received a defective remote. July 2018 Precision finally showed up with the Pentair rep. As soon as he turned on the remote he confirmed it was defective and said he would provide a replacement which wasn’t received until 2019. He spent 30-45 minutes rewiring the control panel and explaining to Precision how it should have been wired.Fourth Season 2019 – Precision Walks Away May 8, 2019 finally have a remote for the pool that works. June 2019 the deterioration of the cement has now expanded to the side step. The owners e-mail comment, “The problem arises from trying to adhere dissimilar materials. In this case concrete to thermoplastic where the concrete meets the step”. Isn’t the definition of insanity “doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result?” He added “At this point we feel it would be best to part ways. We have responded to every call and email and addressed all of your issues since we started working together and we still don’t seem to meet your expectations.” June 2019 the pool heater has stopped working again. I had to call a new pool company to fix this. Pentair provided the warranty parts, computer board, but I paid for the labour. A pre-existing problem that wasn’t diagnosed properly. Flow valve defective lit up but not functional. The new pool company removes the flow valve from the system and lays it on the ground and it is still lit up indicating it is fully functioning when in fact it wasn’t doing a thing. Pentair pays for the parts I pay for the labour.Comment by owner, “We do our best to respond in a professional and timely manner. I’m sorry if we have failed to live up to your expectations in this regard.” You decide if the fall of 2016 to the spring of 2019 is an unrealistic timeframe. You decide whether having to hire another company to fix the equipment that was still under warranty is professional and up to expectations. If anyone doubts this review contact me directly at [email protected] I will be happy to show you all the e-mails, invoices etc. as proof that every word is 100% true.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!We bought a house in which the pool was already installed. Prescision Pool did the concrete surround as well. Where our pool equipment was located was sinking. It was sinking to the point that a pipe cracked and was leaking water. We called Prescision Pool as they knew our backyard best. They said they couldn't get to us to help resovle the problem for TWO YEARS. Rachel and a service tech blamed us for the sinking.????????Needless to say, we got a contractor in and had to spend 10,000 on a retaining wall. When the pool was put in, they used ply wood as a retaining wall. It was fully rotted when removed. DO NOT HAVE YOUR POOL OR SURROUND PUT IN BY PRESCION POOL.
