I've had nothing but great experience at Xtreme Equipment. From sales to service to parts, they all are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Good service and friendly employees

Have had some great experiences purchasing from them, but the 2 times I have dealt with Blayne there - it has been a nightmare. He is rude and arrogant and refuses to listen or help customers with their issues.

If they say they well call you back, they won't. Even to get a question answered it take calling them back. Keith is the only knowledgeable staff in parts. If he's not there hang up. They also charged me 100 dollars to put in 2 rivet not to mention I got charged for the rivet they broke putting it in.

I nor my family will ever be purchasing from these guys again. This is how my shop local experience went. I had been in discussion with there salesman Blayne for a couple days confirming price and delivery. After he had confirmed and I agreed to buy he told me originally told me my delivery would be about a week or 2 delivery. Day after I agreed he calls trying to tell me it was going to almost be 3/4 weeks delivery. Then he calls back the net day saying it would be ready even sooner then originally promised. Go pick up the machine life is good. Take it home the snow plow doesn't even touch the ground, go to adjust to find not only is the hardware they used all different sizes but it isn't long enough to allow the snow blade to touch the ground and I'm now out shopping for new parts to have my brand new machine work I want to know what fuel to put in my new machine, they didn't even give me the owners manual for it. Now the icing on the cake, the bills look like they were able to find a cheaper plow set up you'd think with this run around they have given a guy they would pass the couple hundred dollars savings to the customer. Instead what do they do? Increase the cost of there labor. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Love this place. The service is great, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. If they dont have what you need they will get it for you. Always nice to get the phone call telling you that what you ordered was in. Shipping time is very reasonable as well.

Looking for a yard/garden tractor for the acreage. Had tractor in stock, all accessories that I wanted in stock. Deal was done including delivery in less than 48 hrs

Bought a honda snowblower, I am from out of town did it all on the phone with the staff. Went flawlessly!!!!! They went so far as to meet in town after hours on Sunday so I could take delivery. Thank you again, great customer experience

I drive for bison transport.It was my first time delivering here.Brin was apart of the highlight of my day.Quite friendly with an infectious personality and a killer Southern accent.I'm a black guy, because of unfair stereotypes that follows me, I'm so accustomed to getting bad customer service.This one was top-notch.5/3/23 @ 13:30
