Not a nice environment to shop in, with a disorganised layout. Mostly disappointed that none of my items were actually better priced than anywhere else, so where's the benefit of the no frills aspect? I gave it 3 stars as I had great service from en employee who's shift had ended and still helped me to find what I was looking for. That is after the other girl on the floor simply said, sorry I'm new, and walked away.

The day after the ice storm 2023 the power was up, the staff was moderately friendly and the food was plentiful...I was happy to shop that day...:-)

not clean place and need more clean

It's a small Maxi, but offers a great range of products at good ptice. Fruits and vegetable are usually fresh and last more than 1 week in the fridge.

If it's on sale, chances are it won't be in stock at this location. If it is in stock they might put a non advertised limit but you'll only find out when you read about it when you get to the cashier. Even if it's not on sale, shelves are often empty and the whole store is usually a mess.Spend the extra time and go to Maxi & Cie in Rosemere.

This has to be one of the cleanest Maxis I’ve seen. Great selection of groceries and produce seem fresher here compared to other locations of the chain.Only complaint is the waiting time for checkout. They have 8 self checkout stations and one of them is always unserviceable, out of a dozen cashier checkouts available, they open maybe 3 between 4-6pm and the lines can get long! 10 minute wait times is normal there. I am guessing it’s due to a lack of staff.

I had the worst experience at this store. The service cashier was clearly racist and had the worst attitude about helping me with matching prices at the self serve cash. She did not want to match my home brand cheese to the one of Super C as they usually do and did not want my Bengladesh friend to pass at self serve. She kept telling her she had too many items which she did not (less than 20 items) and to go back in line. When my friend refused, she counted her items to be proved she was wrong. Very embarassing behaviour. She even touched my phone when i was showing her a price for the price matches which is a huge NO NO during this pandemic. I want to speak to upper management or the bureau chef office but no one answers my calls. Honestly, I'm this close from boycotting you all together, Loblaws Company. Hire better staff or this loyal customer of yours (me) wont step foot in your stores again. I seriously demand someone calls me ASAP.
