Words can't describe how delicious and fresh, the cookies were. We ordered 360 gourmet cookies with gift boxes, and all of our guests praised the cookies. Kudos to Julie and Kat for doing an amazing job in providing the best service one could ever ask for. Delivery was bang on time. Presentation was spot on. Would definitely do business with them again.

This was my first time ordering from Cookies by Design. Admittedly, I put my order in a bit late - I ordered on May 8, and my mom's birthday is on May 11. The cookies arrived ontime to a fairly rural area, they looked great, and according to my mom, tasted very good. She enjoyed the macadamia cookies in particular. I was very impressed - will definitely order again!

I was at the cottage and wanted to do something special for my boyfriend. Kat was very professional. The cookies turned out amazing! She did exactly what I wanted. Each cookie were handmade perfectly. He loved them! Kat hand delivered the cookies and called me to let me know they've been delivered. Thank you so much Kat for helping me with such a sentimental occasion. We definitely will be ordering from them again! I highly recommend!!

This incredible business is one of Brampton’s newest gems!! Their generosity and community spirit is endless! Not only are they making daily donations to a free food program for those in need during these challenging times they helped me to put together a special cookie decorating box for my entire community that was absolutely affordable and delicious! Our neighbours has such a lovely time with their children while decorating your creations and the freshness and quality was remarkable! I was fortunate enough to also sample some of their cupcakes and WOW...the detail and passion that goes into creating those works of art almost made me feel bad for eating them (we absolutely did of course and they were Outstanding!!) I can’t begin to tell you how proud I am to have you in our community and I look forward to enjoying and gifting many more of your delicious treats in the near future! The sugar cookies are the best I've had. I ordered a large quantity for an event and they were a big hit with the guests. They tasted amazing and Julie from the Brampton location decorated each one with great detail and creativity. I would definitely order from them again and again!

I ordered the large birthday cookie for my godson and personalized it with his nickname on there. I didn't get to try it but I was told it was delicious. Maybe for my birthday I will get one LOL. I ordered cookies for my nieces's graduation. Kat and Julie were amazing to deal with. They customized my order to include the school colors and added a balloon to my order. My niece absolutely loved the arrangement and also the cookies were delicious. This place has amazing customer service and the arrangement looked even better then the picture online if that is possible because the picture was pretty amazing. I will definitely order from Cookies by Design again. Thank you so much.

I ordered a batch of custom made cookies for my sons 2nd bday party at school, as only individual wrapped treats were allowed! The cookies came out beautiful!!! Customer service was on point and delivery was prompt and on time. I placed my order in the morning and by 6pm they were done! My sons classmates LOVED the cookies and finished every single one!
