The UPS Store

We use this location weekly to ship out our yoga mats and accessories. JIgisha the operator, is very friendly and helpful at this location, she always give amazing customer service and has helped me make sure my packages have the proper labels. This location is convenient and professional to meet my needs.I use other postal services from time to time and you're lucky if people even look up at you, she takes the time to care about her clients.

I have been using this location for over 5 years. Customer service is top notch. They help me with all my needs. Shipping, printing, shredding, passport pictures and copies. Helpful in answering questions and directing to best solution. I recommend them drop off.

Excellent service. Disappointed by Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart I went to this UPS location for passport photos for my newborn. The staff was super helpful, very polite, professional and extremely patient with my kid. I cannot thank you enough for your great service. Please keep this up as we do not have many left with the great customer service in this city. THANK YOU

Had a valuable package lost in-transit and had nothing to show for it to process a claim since this location refuses to offer receipts for some odd reason. Their operating procedures differ from that of most UPS Store locations so I would not recommend them if you want to ensure your packages will 100% arrive to their destination safely.

I have been a customer of UPS store #486 for several years. They are always friendly, and extremely helpful. Staff go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. I am very happy with the service we get from this location and will continue to use them for all our shipping, and printing needs for years to come.

I have used this location as my primary UPS shipping location for my business for the last two years. Unfortunately it seems as the employee I used to work with “Krunal” is no longer working there and in result the service has gone downhill despite the owner “my dear” (as she loves to keep repeating), Jigyasha working the counter herself. Despite being a UPS location that advertises and offers “packaging and supply materials “ as it clearly says on the window outside of the store, the owner on two occasions (2 weeks apart) says that she did NOT HAVE TAPE available to simply close the box. Weird because everytime your other employee is working there, the tape is always readily available? This is like going to a bank, only to find out they don’t have any money. HOWEVER when one of her other employees are working at the counter and she isn’t there, the tape suddenly reappears. When I pointed out this mystery of the disappearing tape to the owner, I was accused by her of not having manners — perhaps the manager getting caught in a lie is indicative of my own manners? Interesting. It’s a shame that her employees are offering better customer service than the branch owner herself. I mean business must be tough if you need to lie about a 5$ roll of tape, that I can guarantee you is sitting behind the counter. The owner displays Extremely rude behaviour when called out and as a business account holder I will be switching ups locations. Unprofessional, would not recommend!

Worst UPS store. I called representatives and told her that I’m 2 minutes late. Store closes at 6:30, I reached at 6:32 she close and left.Worst customer service

I have shipped package, it should delivered next day. Its not delivered as well as i cant track the package on UPS. Now UPS customer care closed. As per store its shipped but UPS site saying just label created. I am helpless its business stuff. there is no support from this store.. Please think twice to use this store ..this is third party store.*****************************************Another recent experience, visited to drop off a package. Box was not properly closed, so I asked for tape but I got surprise that they don't have a tape ..how such agencies work. No one monitoring. Actually on the name of corona easily can say due to corona we are not allowed..logically it's spreading corona..as now I have to go to another shop to buy tape and visited this place again. So for simple task 3 visit ..otherwise 1 visit was sufficient.

Great service to use if one has the need. I waited for about 10 minutes because the lone clerk was tending to another patron, which was not a problem. I did wonder why they don't have a self-service set up; all I was doing was dropping off a package that already had a label etc. The clerk did interrupt what she was doing with the other patron to scan my package and let me be on my way for which I was grateful. Still, is there a way to have a self service setup for people just dropping off a package?

Their opening time on Saturdays is 9 but today I waited here till 9:20 but nobody opened the store. lights inside office are on but front door is locked. Is this the way you UPS serves it's customers? I'm writing this review right in front of their office and now it is 9:22 a.m.
