I'm giving 0 stars, went to this McDonald's today at 5:00pm which is located inside the Walmart at Queensborough Oulet, bought some food but threw it in the trash as I felt the place was unhygienic. Bags of garbage left at the doors inside the restaurant and flies everywhere. I saw people sitting down to eat then immediately leaving after being swarmed by flies at their tables. The manager wearing a black shirt was rude to her staff from what I had observed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The lady behind the counter likes to clear all the timed orders whether they have been delivered or not. As a result my 10 pc nuggets order was forgotten. Until after 3 other peoples orders were served n I chked up then I was given my order

This is the most incompetent bunch of people ever. Every time I go to the drive through they make me pull into the waiting area. Then as soon as I get parked they bring my food. Why not just give it to me at the window. I now refuse to park and just wait at the window for my fast food so they pick up the pace. Works every time. Just say no thank you when they ask you to park and wait. Ugly karen is the scab infested manager.

The worst service I have ever had, all the meals were made wrong, it was horrible and with a disgusting taste, all the staff I interacted with was extremely rude and impatient.I'll never come back to this place.

If there were 0 stars, that's what they get. We walk in for my husband's coffee and muffin. No one at the cash but a lady ( who was the manager) just looked at us and talked to coworkers and ignored us at the till.....then she realized she was working so she approached us, no smile, no apology..just non verbal rudeness. Took our order, we got the muffin. Husband went back to the counter because there was no knife. Then his butter packet was warmed up with the muffin...you can see the foil at the edges burnt up....he had to go back and tell her, no apology. Ruined our afternoon. Tables are dirty, workers have that zoned-out don't-care look. If the manager displayed bad customer relations, what do we expect from the crew? NEVER going back. I hope every worker is replaced by robots/machines. Maybe we'll get an apology or better service.

The place is dirty. Flies are buzzing around everywhere and the food just doesn't taste the same as a regular outlet. The last time I was there, I saw a bunch of flies buzzing around and thought that 'This is what's likely over all over the food' and I walked out without buying anything. The staff never smiles and barely acknowledges your presence. Maybe that's a cultural thing based on the fact that they all seem to be from the same area of the world. It is a fairly busy place, however, and I'm sure their clientele isn't always nice...which may have some affect on their attitude. Who knows? It's just not a positive experience.

French fries always taste like heated shoelace..they are NEVER fresh..you get your drink at the drive thru, but no straw to drink it until they're done with packing up your order..seems stupid to me..randomly closes in the late evening, no advanced notice, nothing until you're in the drive thru. Quality of food and staff at most McDonalds is in the toilet..no joke. By the way Delta McDonalds, out an effin hairnet on when handling food!! Muppets.
