Food was MEH Bathrooms were disgusting. Filthy and no toilet paper ,looked like soneone washed their feet in the sink. Water all over the floor.

Best experience at any Burger King restaurant I’ve been to in town or elsewhere! Amazing staff, quick, food was hot and fresh. Absolutely great service tonight near closing time. The person who served me was fantastic. Thanks again!

This place has never let me down, i often get the mozzarella sticks and they always come hot and stretchy unlike other places, the service is fast and the workers are very kind. I will always recommended this burger king to new people.

Was very happy to see a burger king arrive in port arthur, yes they are slow, same in fw.We ordered 2 whoppers, here is the hunk" of lettuce in mine. Presentation is key to a successful restaurant. Hopefully they work out the kinks."

It is one of the nicest restaurants i like to visit in thunder bay the staff here is sooo nice there meals are value for the money. Store is always clean i love the king meal deal in almost 8 $ you can get two sandwich one small fries and a drink , I don’t think we can get better deal then this

Mostly all the Burger king in town is always slow but this one especially slower than the snail. U gotta wait 15 mins to collect the order that you have placed an hour back

Went for a pickup and was missing a few items from my order. I spoke to a man there named Bala, and it was a fantastic customer service experience. He was kind, understanding, polite, and made a frustrating event of having to go back, to a pleasant interaction. Hope I deal with him again next time I go here.
