I had a horrible experience. The lawyer wasn't so bad but his paralegal did enough of a hatchet job to make me never use this law firm again. The polite way of putting it is that she is incompetent. Seriously she belongs working in Mcdonalds -not in a law firm.

Closing was delayed because they forgot about paperwork that needed to be done. Im also confident that we would not have gotten the money back that they were holding for us if I didnt call them. Through the whole process I maybe spoke to someone twice…. I would get farther in communication with my dead turtle

Incompetent lawyers. Less than 2 hours before my move in and my money gets transferred to the builder Mabbott & co called me and say I owe a extra $6,000 and to get it right away in order of a bank draft. They called me and they didn’t even know why I owed them the extra 6k until 20 min later. At first they were telling me the extra cost was due to upgrades, there was no upgrades. The reason I had to run around and wait in a bank for a hour to get a bank draft was they forgot to calculate GST.

I had an unforeseen problem, we had to fill out a document quickly to access my son's birth certificate for a passport. I called close to opening time, at 11 we had the papers to sign and mail express. All for a small fee!We were surprised by the service offered,We are looking into getting our wills done soon and believe we can trust this firm.Thanks again.

When my grandfather died they dealt with the estate. Very approachable, friendly staff and reasonable. I ended up using them for a condo purchase a couple of years later, and now they're my go-to firm for legal matters

It took me a month to process the one that they requested me to get completed then have my document notarized after. But only to know, they are unable to accommodate appointments at this time. Okay, it is what it is.

Very professional, timely, and cost effective compared to lawyers in the city. Would absolutely recommend them. 1/5 star ratings without an explanation are certainly not useful and are unfounded in most cases.
