Good customer service and exceptional knowledge in what they do. If you are new to thai massage, i will recommend to start with traditional thai massage or oil massage. Thai massage has changed my life! I have many issues due to repetitive motions because of my career, and I have never had luck with traditional massage. Thai massage is so restorative and relaxing! Nanny is an absolute gem and is so knowledgeable when it comes to our bodies! I see Nanny, but the entire staff is amazing. It’s a must for everyone who wants to feel amazing!

Went for Reflexology massage was great! Highly recommend Nanny. Will be going back for Thai massage to help back. Very informative and helpful in stretching to do to help with numbness in hands and feet. Been going to Dr's and no resolve so this seems to help so far.So went back Nanny was away so saw Ceara had 2 90min Thai massage over couple weeks. Truly helped great massages really os more or stretching out your body felt amazing after the 2. Will be going back again. So relaxing mostly lol , but definitely has helped and was provided with stretches to do as well which keep me in check.

I travelled to Regina specifically to have a Thai massage from Karen. Karen has just moved her clinic to the basement of a restored warehouse, and it is a welcoming and tranquil space. I always love Thai massages, but I especially enjoyed the stretches that were completely new to me. I always want to learn more for my practice, so I like experiencing new techniques. I will definitely make Thai Massage YQR a regular stop when I visit Regina in the future.

Best massage I have had yet! The Thai girl gave a true deep tissue Thai massage. I suggest it if you have trouble finding a massuse that digs in.
