Lacks quality control. They shipped items twice and both coats were wrinkled and in a terrible condition. Had to go to the store twice to get the issue corrected after many calls and emails. Some staff in the store are also very rude.

My mom has ordered a pair of pants from this store one month ago. Before we placed the order the sales has promised it will ship to our house 2-3 business days. After one week the store called me said the pants is available and asked us to pick it up. I said we have asked you to ship to us, the lady on the phone confirmed my address again and said “ ok, i will ship it to you today , it will take 2-3 business days”. After one week, i haven't gotten it, called back, someone checked my info in the system and said, “ oh yeah! it was shipped, you will receive it in 2 days”. I waited for another week, still hasn’t gotten nothing, called back. Some one checked my info and said”not sure what happened i will check and call you back tomorrow.” waited for the next day, no one called back, I called again. This time i have been told “ the item has never been shipped to you, we will ship it today…” i have been waited for more than a month and i am sure if i don’t call them, they would never ship the item. horrible service!! doesn’t even deserve one star!

I went in with my Mum looking for a dress for her, and the staff were just too much. We told them we were just browsing and if we needed anything we would find her and ask. Well she did not listen every dress that we looked at she would say something about and ask if we want her to get a size and she can put it in the change room. It was just too much. I would prefer to have the space to browse and if I have a question I'll come and find you. I don't like to full suffocated and pressured.

I am so much dissapointed in fairview mall Melanie Lyne. I am dealing with this store since I know over 10 years. Bought more than 100 cloths. Never had issues. I went last Thursday to return my dress came on line which was not fitted. I returned to there and ordered next size. That lady who deal with me 10 mins was in the phone after confirmed, it will arrive to my adress within 4 to 5 business days. . Last time came next day. This time one week didn't arrive . I called today bcs i need this for day after tomorrow for wedding. They simply said, size is not available come and get refund.How do you feel? They called and confirmed with other store that size is available. after only I took the receipt and left. I didnt get any email or calls said NOT AVAILABLE" . Simply the lady calls Crecious said

Just visit the store yesterday at farview mall branch and Najla did her outstang service,She is new hire associate working there and her service was⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.I left so happy from the store.

We have just left Melanie Lyne, and have found the perfect prom dress. The staff here are extremely helpful, they went well beyond our expectations. If you're looking for the perfect dress, and the most helpful staff, come here!

Horrible customer service. The Persian girls working there don’t know what’s 1+1. 30mins I had to stand in line for alllll of the girls to figure out what change to give me back, then manager steps up and says give the girls a minute instead of apologizing.
