Guys on Wheels

As a student, I was very much disappointed in the fee system. I ordered some dinner from a restaurant which used Guys on Wheels as a 3rd party to deliver my meal. I understood and expected a delivery charge yet didn't know of hidden costs with an apartment one, coming up to deliver & that with debit/credit too there are extra charges. Paying $37.10 for a meal (with tip be $42.67) is too much (restaurant original cost was $25.70) and I wish that this place contacted me before coming to deliver. If I had known about these hidden costs, I would have gone to somewhere else to pick up the food. I paid nearly $16 extra, almost the original cost of what the restaurant charged :'(I would have thought with my # on file that I would be contacted about the delivery to confirm but was not. If not, this should be made aware to the company calling. As well, the customer service was atrocious. I called to confirm charges yet when I confirmed I was met with rudeness being told 'I already told you'. I do not recommend this service to anyone who is low-income, a student or cannot afford these hidden cost :'(

I love having a company like guys on wheels, it is so helpful and they are so great to deal with.I’ve used them both in Abbotsford and in Langley.I wanted to make someone’s day special and so they were able to deliver balloons to a person since I was out of town.I’m so thankful and grateful.

Terrible service. Never sent a driver and hung up on me when inquiring. Use any other delivery service.

They black listed a 65 year old senior for a simple miss understanding. Swore at her up and down. Completely disrespectful!!!

I normally would do 5 star. But charging 9.45 delivery fee for a 1-2 drive. And saying the price they pay for the object is more then it actually is. I'm not impressed. I have used them before and had no issue. Since owner wants to talk about gas station price let me clarify I asked to get from Marshall Minimart where I know the price for the object I ordered!

Complete ripp off order a salad and 1 cucumber and 12 water 60$ rip off

Im on the island and not only did they make a Christmas delivery in Aldergrove for me. They told me where to get exactly what I wanted enroute.

I ordered some beer. Was told it was a $20 delivery fee. $65 for a 15 pack of budlight.

You know I agree with you however I specifically said I had never used this service before and was unsure how it works. I genuinely just wanted to know the extra price provided for the service and was estimating the initial price myself, you were rude and short from the beginning. Would never recommend this service when hospitality is very obviously lacking wasn't a great first experience.

So I order j's pizza , and this delivery people is there 3rd wheels. My order supposed to be $25.50 with the delivery fee , the delivery guy don't want to bring me the receipt and just tell me is $29.50 , I was like wow how come is so much for 1 pizza only. The driver say is an $9.50 charge for delivery. Is so not make sense cause is only 5-8 min drive. He say will bring me back my recipe in his car after i paid for it but never come back . So I call up j's pizza and ask how much is delivery fee and the pizza . It turn out my pizza only $18 and delivery fee only $6 -7.50. So the guys charge me $11.50 for deliveryfee lol . J's pizza give me this company number so I call up the guys of the company he yell at me say he can charge us anything don't need to tell us and he yell at me say why I paid first not tell him grab the receipt first. This company just like to rip peoples off. At the end J's pizza make the wheels company person bring me back the receipt , but the delivery guys and the wheels company didn't even give me an apologize at all . Only j's pizza say sorry and give me back $5 credit on his pocket.
