Drove to Medics Mobility from Toronto to purchase item that was posted as INSTOCK on the website. Was told that after a 40 minute drive that they had it in stock at another location. Placed order for pick up in 3-5 days, followed up to be told that the item is back-ordered and not likely to be in stock before we need it.The employees in the store were professional and were doing their best, but it does not serve them or your customers well to have them travel to your store to find that the product is not available. At a minimum there should be a suggestion that customers check on availability before coming to the store.

UPDATE : Two weeks have passed since posting the review and getting a reply and still no refund....This is by far my worst online experience. I ordered product, and within the hour called and cancelled. At the time I was told it was no problem. They still ran my credit card, and now I can't seem to get my money back after calling three times.

Amazing experience and smooth process was able to take walker home same day, adjusted everything to size and it’s very light and comfortable

We were interested in purchasing a mobility device but wanted to try it out first. They didn't have any on display so they opened a new one, assembled it and let my husband try it. The gentleman that served us was so helpful and patient and did not pressure us to make a purchase. In the end we did not purchase the device because it wasn't right for him. I would recommend Medics Mobility for their excellent customer service.

Just wished to post many thanks to Dory and the other employees at this company with whom I dealt. They were professional, knowledgable, and prompt. Over a month ago I went to multiple other stores and have still yet to hear from them, even with a quote. Meanwhile Dory had attended our home provided multiple quotes, and the lift was installed this weekend.Great company, and even better people, would recommend them to everyone, as would my mum who is so happy with the freedom and safety the lift and wheelchair have provided her at this stage of life.Will definately return to them for any related needs. Thank you.

I went to replace the bearings in my uncle's mobility scooter. My uncle called ahead so they were expecting me. I brought them the tire and they were supposed to replace the bearings that day. When I cam to pick it up they told be that it could not be fixed and they sold me a badly used replacement. When I brought it home I realized that it was not even the correct wheel and it would not fit. On top of that the wheel that they sold me was in terrible condition and was worse than the original one. After very little effort I was able to remove the old bearing and bought 2 new ones from Princess Auto for $3.99. They told me it could not be repaired but they didn't even try!!

I was very impressed that my order arrived just a few days after submitting it. It arrived exactly as was ordered.The shipping time was very impressive and I highly recommend this seller for it's speedy service.
