I've ordered from here several times and will continue to do so as long as this location sticks around! I usually order online since it's very convenient and usually ready by the time I arrive at the store. Note when it's busy it can take a bit longer for them to fulfill online orders (which is expected).The variety of the menu is great and they have monthly specials which is a great opportunity to try different drinks. The price is pretty good compared to other bubble tea places as well.

Love this place! I visit it whenever I have a bubble tea craving, and it does not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice!

This location has the best service. Never got my order wrong and the tapioca was always fresh. I just wish they would open before 12 noon. Thank you!!

We bought regular size brown sugar pearl milk tea with extra brown sugar tapioca and the drink is not up to the level as the drink is so watery/thin, and the brown sugar tapioca feels like plain tapioca when we chew it. We bought couple of times in a month, first time we thought it could be genuine mistake, but we got the same quality the second time. We find no issue with customer service but the quality of the drink, in terms of the price we are paying for. Including tips, the price of the drink comes little over $10, which is almost equal to basic meal at McDonald's.

The place was really clean, tidy, and organized. But I didn't like the taste at all. I have got mango smoothie from so many juice bars like tens of times, but at this juice bar, the taste was not strong, I couldn't distinguish the taste of mango! And of course I am not paying for somewhere clean, but not satisfied with quality of product.

This is my closest Coco from my house and I always enjoyed my experience at this Coco location. I used the app to order in advance for pick up to avoid the wait. The staff are friendly and provide prompt service.
