We have used Homewise many times over the past 13 years. Most recently, Dave worked with us to replace and upgrade our very ancient water heater. When a problem developed, Dave took personal ownership and worked with us to get it all resolved. Not only do we have a new water heater at a fair price, Homewise kept us in hot water (so to speak) until everything was fixed. Thanks Dave and team!

Thanks to Eric installing a brand new mixing valve, we now have the hottest water in the city of Victoria. No exaggeration come check it out if you don’t believe me. I’m the manager here and my tenant call our hot water “blazing hot”

I have used their services a number of times on my old house.They were kind, responsive, very capable and professional.I can' say enough how grateful I was after my basement flooded and they came and calmy quickly fixed the sump pump despite being overwhelmed with other work

Paid $800 to have my hot water tank replaced 2 years ago. The tank they installed is leaking. I called them and they tried to charge me $39 to come and confirm that it was leaking. I refused. They ended up coming for free and confirmed that it was leaking (!!). I was told that the tank was under warranty and I would only pay for labour. It costed me another $500 to have it replaced. They argued that I was lucky" to get the new tank for free

The service provided by Dave @ homewise was very courteous and professional. We were in an emergency situation and he was flexible enough to come to help us the same day. He was able to get us back up and running very quickly and efficiently after having badly plugged sewer line. Highly recommend Homewise for plumbing services.

Dave and his staff have provided exemplary service for yet-another plumbing emergency: on-site on a Friday afternoon within a short time after calling about a broken joint on a well pump filter. Their friendly, efficient, and effective service over the past years has always been greatly appreciated, and I would unconditionally recommend them!

For several weeks I had been having issues with my hot water. Sometimes it worked and sometimes I had none. I could not fill the tub by any means. I had my original water heater looked at and the wires tightened, by someone else. That did nothing. Contacted Homewise and this team gets 6 stars! There are no other plumbers I’ll call from now on.They brought in a new tank, but had to come back the next day to look at it. A few days later I was still having some issues. My water just did not want to get hot enough, or stay warm period. Finally a second tank was brought in to replace the first one they brought and I now am able to take a bath!
