I met a friend at Bingo and dropped her off here. She invited me back to her room, it was nice and spacious. Staff were friendly and provided a good breakfast in the morning.

My husband lives at Kingsdale Chateau and said the food was so bad the residents want to call the Health Department. He has been complaining about the quality of the food even before COVID

My mom lives her,loves the grounds building. She is kept busy with the activities, BUT the food is terrible. She has been disappointed more often then not. She says the have meetings and never result in changes.Aside from the food mom likes it here

Please do not put your family member or loved ones in this terrible place. I would consider the treatment borderline abuse. Very disappointed in the way my family is treated here.

The meals served in the kingsdale Chateau are extremely poor quality. The soup is watered down, and most of the meals consist of carbs. Residents feel too intimidated to speak up. Meetings are held regarding changes to the menu, but still nothing improves. Residents and staff are leaving in numbers. If you are considering the kingsdale chateau, keep looking!

Whoever is driving your passenger bus with a big kingsdale chaeteau sign just run a red .Today at 11:40 am . He could have easily been t boned as we had the green arrow for several seconds before he entered the intersection
